I was looking for a very specific box, which was not for a meter. The person I spoke to tried their best to be helpful but admitted they were new to the job and eventually took advice from a colleague. We agreed that the box chosen would be delivered and if it was not right for my needs, then they would take it back and return my money.
Delivery was quick and (with a little tweeking) the box seems fine.
