Purchase two 3 phase meter boxes. Boxes were slightly damaged and so were the meter boxes but they were packaged well internally so not sure how the damaged would have occurred. Contacted the team who requested photos. Contacted me to inform me that they will send out new meter boxes straight away. No quibble, no hassle.
These things happen so its understandable but the team responded in a great manner to get it sorted straight away.
