Great delivery, these fit over a standard sized external, recessed meter cupboard - you do have to cut the Architrave off the old one - I've found cutting the arc off approx 3 inches down and across on each corner and 5 " where the lock is - you've still got some security of the old meter cupboard box itself (if you cut it all off you'll get movement on the existing recessed part). It's a shame that these over cupboards aren't 30mm deeper- there'd be no cutting required at all then. (All brands are the same with regards to cutting archtrave off) but we find these particular ones value for money.
