I ordered a gas meter box and assumed that the fixing plugs would come with it. So a second order was made for the plugs. Unfortunately, the wrong item was sent. I phoned your support line (Jemma) and the correct items were promptly in the post. Thanks.
The website was not clear. If plugs were necessary, but not supplied, I would expect a link from the page from which I ordered the meter box itself. I found them through the FAQ pages, or later in the additional odds and sods pages.
