They where supposed to send me a card by Saturday of last week , no card nobody ordered it Evan though I was on the phone for 3 hours!! Finally ordered the card promised by Tuesday, no card nobody knows what happened.
Customer representatives disconnected me several times!!!
Now they are saying that I have to go to the company that charged my card without my consent and get the reimbursement. Metro bank has a money back guarantee that they are refusing me for some reason!!!
Another supervisor just argued with me theee where not charges from Netflix , argued for -5 than saw them and transferred me . I know find out that the 3 hour conversation I had about charges that where not my own was never filed!! Cannot be true because several times this week I spoke to different representatives and they all saw the open case but all of a sudden this so called supervisor can’t find it?!!!
Seriously what is going on in your company?!!!
Just horrendous service!!!
Once again I’m on the phone now for hour 3!!!
