I was a victim of this scam, this company took my hard earned money, to be very honest it was not easy meeting different acclaimed recovery person for help to recover my money, as God may have it, I was lucky to meet Alex crypto FX at writeme DT com (he's email). They claim that both deposits and withdrawals are possible, but I can attest from personal experience that this is never the case. Instead of allowing people to withdraw their funds after making a deposit, the scheme is to prevent them from doing so. Even if the issue is brought to the attention of the authorities, which I did, nothing is likely to be done. Please exercise caution and avoid them; I was a victim of an investment scam, so I am aware of how they operate and what it's like to lose a significant amount of money to fraudsters. Do not hesitate to report, file, and receive consultation from L I N C O X R E C L A I M. They gave me the greatest option for recovering my money, and it was well worth it.

This is properly the worst bank you can do business with in the United States the customer service is so bad that it makes me sick to even call them they keep you on the phone waiting for an hour all I want to do is pay my car loan with a customer rep and then when they do answer they have to give u to someone else which is a half hour wait time the are so disgusting to do business with they don’t even deserve a rating hope they go out of business or get bought out by a real bank

Online banking app will lock your log in profile even if you just logged out and logged back in, all my log in information has been correct yet it just suddenly blocks you. Also metro bank has poor customer service

If I could give 0 stars I would. This bank is shocking. The customer service is awful. They really can’t be bothered & sometimes have been openly rude. You can no longer transfer money between accounts without having to re-wait for a person to sit down with.. this has never been less than a 30mins wait!… just to do a basic transfer!! It is getting worse every time I go in there… avoid, avoid, avoid!

I have a very bad moment with metro bank, I opened business accounts with them, and at the first payment from my client for a whole month of work, they blocked my account, and when I sent all the documents they asked for, they were rude and closed my account, I was shocked. I RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS BANK FOR BUSINESS SERVICES

have been defrauded of £28,000. After attempting to email their customer support team and not getting a response, I chose to seek assistance from S I M O N C H. C O M. This worked out well for me because I was able to get my stolen money back.

Their machines count the wrong amount of money and the scales are wrong. Happend to me now 3 times! Mentioned it to the cashier and the guy behind me in the queue said the same happened to him!

I didn’t realise how awful this bank could be until I needed to withdraw some money. The app and online banking process seem set up to thwart any access. Constant error messages. I am at wits end.

Customer Service are useless, simple updating of email address for online banking account takes ages for them to process and let us go back and forth to their office to sign same application but still decline due to system outdated.

BEWARE!! Terrifying experience banking with METROBANK. I asked for bank account to be shut down due to fraud, they told me that fraud wasnt possible, AFTER this £2000 gets stolen from my bank, they have also not returned the £2000 even though i tried to stop it the previous day from happening its been almost a month since this..i have not had access to both my business or personal account since then, even though i have been in the bank for 2 hours over a week ago, they did nothing whilst i was there and just pretended to do a job, i ring them up again and again and tell me to go in to the bank AGAIN!! Which is a 50 mile round trip due to physical banks no longer existing virtually any where. It feels like this bank is purposefully targetting me at this point, as there can be no logical explaination other than this.. This banks work force are extremely under motivated and are not the sharpest bunch they all sound sleepy all the time also, and don't give a dam about you or your money and will do anything to fob you off and get rid of you without fixing any problems you have, managers are wierdly over aggresesive towards there staff also, AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS!!..currently the weekend i still have no bank and all of my money is being with held from me so i cant run my business, due to this banks behaviour!! VERY VERY SCARY, i would not wish this bank on my worst enemy. Thanks Metro, i guess you "do things differently at metro"
