Walang kwentang service. No update sa supplementary card after nila ako tawagan ng dalawang beses sa gabi at nakaistorbo. Mga unprofessional. Maganda yung banko pero walang kwenta yung ibang staff.

One problem after another... they blocked my card when I was abroad and tried to pay for my hotel, despite me having phoned them before going abroad and telling them - was told I didn't need to inform them about my travel plans and my card would work as normal, yet here we are... Then I have just had a letter regarding a dispute over what is obviously a fraudulent transaction, for which I sent all of the requested evidence, screenshots and all, and a cover letter with exact details, yet they still won't reverse the payment, so they have basically decided in favour of the crooks.... I could list numerous other incidents, but it has come to the point where, despite the inconvenience to myself, I will be closing my account after 3 years of appalling service.
