Fantastic. For me Best bank on earth I've been with Metro Bank since 2015. Top class services: beautiful clean marbled branches. Free hot drinks. Water for pets. Umbrella for rainy days. no fees for stuff other banks charge for. Fast account opening and transactions. I received my bankcard same day I signed up. Constantly seeking customers best interest. I remember running out of money and going into a London branch and the manager gave me free money to take train home. Amazing staff. They got Education and Entertainment for kids banking and today my daughter's are money savvy because of them. My personal Observation? Metro is an amazing David versus Goliath story that changed the banking industry for good. 1st UK bank in 200 years defying the big old monopolies Do you Remember high banking charges and grumpy bank staff?? It was Metro Bank that changed all of that.. It's because of them, your banking institution had to upgrade their services and lower exhorbitant charges. but I find older banks institutions jealousy tried to undermine them but I pray this will win well for Metro. They deserve all our applause and support!

For your own safety do not register or open an account with this company because once you invest there you would get a message telling you to pay more before withdrawing your funds before you know what’s up your fund is stuck there but with no way to get it out. Hold on it doesn’t end there cause I needed my revenge This made me try a recovery service, Resuc, Org I came across off various forums and blogs online. This is the only way I can guarantee to recover your money, you can contact them,,,RESUC,, ORG they found out a lot about the company and i got my funds back

I have always found metro bank to be a good bank. Whenever I have had to go into my local Chelmsford metro bank I have always found the staff to be happy helpful and just really nice people. I'm not very good with technology and they are always patient with me. Nothing is too much trouble. Also when I have have needed to call the bank I have always found the person to be nice and polite. Great bank.

AJ is amazing. I’ve never had someone put so much time and care into helping me set up an account. I couldn’t recommend anyone more if you need help or guidance he is the man for the job !! I will be back to use metro bank he has proved this is the best bank and provided the best service

Has anyone received mobile calls from strange numbers after applying for a Metro Bank savings account? A few days after I applied I started receiving calls from Uganda, Tunisia, Argentina, Moldova, Albania, Georgia, Senegal, Switzerland. There were others but I have deleted them from my phone. I did not answer any of the calls. They usually only rang once. Possibly thinking I would call them back? It just seems a very strange coincidence this should happen at this time. Not sure I feel happy enough to continue with the opening of the account.

I went for opening an account (Saving and Business) with them. I met a gentleman called Ajay Bhatti. what a great service he provided. he has done a wonderful job, and comfort me well. All the best.

I've found Metro bank great because: 1. Very easy and hassle free opening an account and get cards and everything immediately. 2. Fantastic opening hours up to 8:00pm weekdays and 5:00pm on Sundays. 3. Easy online banking and anytime i have contacted them their staff have been very helpful. What's to decide?

i used metro bank for the loan rate of 4.8 but saw a better one at tesco bank but already committed to metro so it is ok but better rates are maybe available elsewhere

Visited local branch (as requested to) to open account. I was asked to come back in 2 1/2 hours as Metro were not making appointments. Then their customer advisor gave me false information. Also I wasn't allowed to use a "special character" in my choice of password, which makes the password less secure.Poor customer service all round.Will be closing account.

I cancel direct debit for onecall insurance because the renewed my policy without my concent and doubled my premium.i phoned Metrobank and they assured me know payment would be made to them and I diyneed to change my bank card.2months later onecall took £83,from my account it's impossible to contact the insurance company by phone and there's no way to contact them I've told the bank so many times and they ask me for proof of my cancellation even though I never renewed.my policy the worst customer service ever they was told not to pay them but they did

Absolute joke of a bank, I set up an online instant access savings account, only to find out I couldn’t actually set up a payee online but had to call them, did so through their app to be asked for a security code which I have no memory of setting up. Was then asked my full name, address, phone number, date of birth and email address, but apparently I don’t know these either, so have now been refused any further help and told I have to go to a branch. So much for online banking. Never had any issues with the likes of starling, chase, revolut etc. this bank is an absolute joke, and I really wish I had read the reviews before giving them any of my money.

I wanted to change my mobile number through email or if possible video call so they could verify that I am the one requesting to change it. They said they have no other choice but to go in-person to the bank to change it. I am already in Canada and I have told them more than 5x already. They always instruct me to do the same thing. SO STUPID!

My hard-earned money was lost when Metrobankonline handled my withdrawal improperly and quickly canceled my account. I had a simple recovery of my monies because of H! G H F O R E S T C A P I T A L L T D, C O M's timely and effective service. Their advice was invaluable to me as I worked through the difficulties of reclaiming what was truly mine. I wholeheartedly endorse their services to anyone looking for monetary reparations!
