BROMLEY BRANCH: Coin paying in machine SCAM
Over several years past experience, we have learned that this bank must be deliberately and knowingly under valuing coinage counted at the branch coin machine. Each time it happened it was reported but the shortfall was never checked and refunded. Since this machine is popular with children the scam is even more shameful.
We now refuse to use the coin machine as we know we will get ripped off by the bank. The manager couldn't care less. (It's a bit like the post office scandal, deliberate but denied)
