An unauthorized transaction - whether they deny it or not - is still unauthorized! There’s no going around it.
Unauthorized = fraud. FRAUD!
And yet, you declined my dispute on grounds of technicalities.
Technicalities that an ordinary hacker can easily get away with.
There’s a hacker (or maybe hackers) going around your clients’ accounts and you’re not doing anything!!!
On Feb7, there was a transaction name : ET DB POS MRCH that wiped out my four months worth of pension!
Didn’t learn about it till two weeks later since I want said money in that pension account for rainy days.
My last transaction that I was aware of was Jan5 so of course, I know in my mind how much I have left in there!
But lo & behold! Upon checking my balance, I was left with Php 267!!!
Reported and filed dispute and was denied and yet… you cannot even track said transaction from your end?!??
Who the said merchandiser was and where the transaction took place - basic infos that a client like me wants to know for the simple purpose of verifying whatever it was that I apparently paid for with my four months worth of pension?!?!!
No, you can’t!
What kind of technology system are you using anyway?
And what is your FRAUD DEPARTMENT doing about this?
Because for all I know, mine is NOT an isolated case (which I believe Metrobank is very much aware of)
This case is hanging in thin air as I speak.
And it is just a shame that an institution as giant & prominent as you are, is not putting your clients’ welfare on priority!
Such a tremendous shame!!!
