If I could give 0 stars I would.
This bank is shocking. The customer service is awful. They really can’t be bothered & sometimes have been openly rude.
You can no longer transfer money between accounts without having to re-wait for a person to sit down with.. this has never been less than a 30mins wait!… just to do a basic transfer!! It is getting worse every time I go in there… avoid, avoid, avoid!
