Poor banking experience and complaints service. I opened a new account which was accepted then closed a week later. I had a remaining £1 left in the account and ask a store advisor is my account closed and what happened. They failed to provide reasons but assured me the account was closed. 4 weeks and two complaints later I am wasting hours travelling to a store to finalise the close and withdraw £1 as they can't transfer it to me or keep it with my permission. A lot of hassle for trying to be a customer. PLEASE AVOID OTHER BANKS ARE A LOT BETTER
