ticket machines break down pretty often and you either have to be waved through or are not able to purchase a paper ticket. its not my job to have a phone ready to buy a ticket. you are a bus company the bare minimum that you can provide is the facility to print a ticket to travel on a bus service you own! really poor in addition to lateness and cleanliness of the buses being subpar.
