The M1 service started off impressively but has gradually, over the last few months become an appalling service. Almost every day there are 'ghost' buses that count down on the timetable then fail to appear (4 in a row on one occasion), some buses stop short on the route. As buses fail to appear the queue gets longer and buses get packed - people standing for the majority of the journey. As a non-driver I relied on this service but am now searching for an alternative. I don't blame the drivers, but this service is an embarrassment now. Dreadful.
