Bus drivers are rude and incompetent, if the bus is late then it is your fault and not mine. You should not get offended about me asking why you are late, i understand some of the reason you are late is that there are problems with the roads and it is down to sussex highways but it is your job not mine to drive the bus and get there on time.
Don't like it get another job instead of lashing out at your loyal customers.
Allow plenty of time if you catch these buses to get anywhere, can be 10-30 minutes late far too often. if not worse.
