Some not all are rude, arrogant, confrontational and do NOT like it if you dare stand up to them. Told Don't come on my bus again, you dont like what you are being told, get off my bus.... Etc etc. Talking about a horrible driver on the M1 BRISTOL! DON'T GO ON HIS BUS AGAIN???? I WOULD RATHER EAT DIRT THAN LOOK IN HIS DIRECTION. HORRIBLE MAN. YOU NEED A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE
