I placed an order for a medical device on 4/25/22, anticipating that it would arrive by today, as per the website. However, upon receiving neither the device nor any email update of a delay, I contacted MFI and was told that the item was on backorder with no ETA. The lack of communication is not acceptable for a medical device company and I will plan to look elsewhere for sources for supplies.
