“If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was one of the worst online purchasing experiences I have ever had. I ordered 1,000 Medipoint blood lancets on August 5, with an estimated delivery date of September 2–5. When that date passed and I contacted customer service, I was told the estimated delivery had changed to September 11–15. I contacted them again today, only to find that the delivery date had been pushed back yet again to September 28–October 1. When I asked why the shipping date kept changing, I was given no meaningful explanation—only that this was what their system showed. Then, without my permission, they proceeded to cancel my order. I immediately told them not to cancel it, and they assured me that the cancellation request had been withdrawn. However, shortly afterward, I discovered that the order had been cancelled anyway. This is extremely disappointing. My order was delayed for nearly two months, with the expected delivery date repeatedly pushed back, and in the end, the company simply cancelled it despite my specifically asking them not to. These lancets were needed for my practice, so the delays and cancellation caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my operations. Poor communication, unreliable delivery estimates, and extremely disappointing customer service. I would not order from this company again.”

“I place my order since the March 30, 2025, I was told that my order will takes 2 weeks, and now we are on May 28th. I still have not received my order; I received an email saying that -6 more weeks. There is no transparency and honesty which is really bad for a business. The question is, do they really think I will come back as a customer?”

“Haven't received my package yet!!! You use UPS, they can't find my home. Fedex has no problem or anyone else for that matter. You may have done a good job , but UPS ruined it!!!!”

“Ordering the the necessary items was not an issue and love the fact that there is free shipping and returns. However, I would have thought that after 4 days my order would have been filled and been ready to ship or had already been shipped. It is disappointing that this is taking longer than I anticipated. Fortunately, I do not need to have these items immediately but the sooner I get them the better.”
