Eight days after placing an order I tried to find the status of that order. The order was listed "shipped" but no tracking information was available through the MFI web site and no date of when it was shipped was given. The web site said to refer to an email that was sent to me with the tracking information --- but no such email was received. Instead, I got emails containing my invoice and receipts, from an account manager, which took me forever to find because I was looking for an email from MFI Medical. Then I got a third email saying the order was still pending. Still no ship date, still no tracking number. Very, very poor communication and a huge waste of my time researching a small order.

Finding what I needed and paying for it was great but waiting on shipping for 2 weeks is a problem especially when ordering medical supplies

Was not able to print out a copy of my order showing the product or the total. Did not get an email confirmation for my order. I clicked on the "Get 5% off your first order" and they sent me an email with a code - but I was not in my email, I was on the website placing an order so I did not get the discount on my order. The discount should have been applied to my order.

So far I was shipped 2 of 7 things I ordered , without notice of shortage , or where the rest of the order is, still waiting … weeks later.

Hello Order 71315, placed on 9/14 Thank you for your order. As noted, the 2x ADC-341 have already shipped. The 2x ADC-342 currently have an estimated delivery range of between 10/24/2022 - 10/28/2022. The 2x ADC-340 currently have an estimated delivery range of between 10/26/2022 - 10/31/2022. I placed an order for a medical device on 4/25/22, anticipating that it would arrive by today, as per the website. However, upon receiving neither the device nor any email update of a delay, I contacted MFI and was told that the item was on backorder with no ETA. The lack of communication is not acceptable for a medical device company and I will plan to look elsewhere for sources for supplies.

It was easy to order and purchase. But I have had problems with the Force Triad unit I purchased and getting someone on the phone to discuss the problem has been difficult. I have not been able to correct the problem via email, so I am frustrated and want to send the unit back.

Received EMG machine. It turns on to a blank screen. Account specialist referred me to website after email, did not return call. Not able to find any phone number for tech support to help with issue or where to leave message.

They never shipped out my order until I contacted customer service to ask where my order was. That's poor turnaround and makes me hesitant to trust them.

Your web site was difficult to navigate. I got 3 codes per telephone before one would work. Then I asked for my refund from previous order to be applied to the new order. At checkout that wasn't the option. I had to use the business credit card. I had previously asked not for a refund. I tried the instant chat. The computer response did nothing to address this issue. Instead I was told I would get a response by email in a few hours or tomorrow. I am unable to wait longer as we need the supplies. I am left not knowing now what the status is of the refund. Is it already mailed or in holding?

Hello Celia, You must enter the credit at checkout in order for it to be applied. It looks like your account manager sent you the credit code via email; this can also be found through our online return center when you look up your return. We're glad to see you were able to apply a discount code to this order. i wish I could have received information how this expensive scale would be shipped, by carrier, and what approximate date I could expect the scale for my sister with recent severe CHF, from rapid atrial fibrillation, from multiple pulmonary emboli in her right lung.,This was all from her PCP and multiple specialists not keeping track of her antiphospholipid syndrome . Could we have chosen the carrier or found out when the scale or merchandise would be delivered before paying almost 50 dollars to expedite the shipping. Forget USPS!- Everything that we have ever ordered in Rochester, New York and was shipped by USPS , by the seller has been lost without recourse. FED EX packages and deliveries also has item waiting in another state,, trying to find a FED EX employee who can further the package. I have both a FED EX account and My Choice UPS account. I can actually tell what is going on along the way. UPS seems faster and more secure right now. FED EX needs to find more employees and treat them well. I work as an emergency R.N. at the hospital and also on call as a sexual assault forensic examiner. I am used to being told all the facts upfront . I can't stand it that this company doesn't tell you why you are paying almost $50.00 for faster delivery but doesn't bothering telling me the carrier who will be delivering the package and when to expect it. I will change this rating when I am actually respected enough to be informed of carrier and estimated date of delivery. Customers have a right to know.

I thought I was purchasing the full otoscope, however, it was only the otoscope attachment. The picture for the otoscope was misleading as it shows the otoscope and handle combined (the main product picture). When I looked back at the description of the product I purchased, it does say that the handle is not included but only after you put it in the cart (I didn't notice until after I received and opened it). The return policy says that they don't accept returns that have been opened and that they dispose of items that don't meet return requirements. I didn't feel comfortable returning the product because I felt that I would be throwing away $200. On a positive note, the product was competitively priced. I think the product picture should be of what you will actually receive.
