I had a very bad service experience with MGI. The latch of one of the rear wheels got stuck and It was not
possible to remove the wheel. I could not find a technical adviser for days. Finally, I talked to a manager who indicated I should use a gear puller. I had to buy one and I finally removed the wheel. I had to order a replacement as the wheel got damaged when using the tool. The new wheel does not fit well on the axe. I had to hammer it in, which makes future lubrication impossible. Bad wheel design and bad service.
