The young lady I spoke with told me what to do and how to diagnose the problem. It works like a charm now. Probably will be ordering a new remote. I assume it's battery will need replacing. After 3.5+ years the car is working without a hitch.

My Zip Navigator stopped working. After several emails to the service team the problem was uncovered - the motor controller. The part was not covered by the 3 year warrenty (It was 3 1/2 yrs ). A replacement part was sent by MGI. MGI had a YouTube video on how to replace it. I did it myself! Cart fixed!

Customer Service is outstanding. I lost my remote and a new one was shipped right away. Then the club found my original remote, so I requested a return. Without question they sent an RMA and refunded my payment. Michelle was in constant contact with me. Thank you.

Love how fast it is, how I can hit a ball, then start walking away from the cart knowing it will catch and pass me in a flash. Love the battery power indicators. The remote works flawlessly, charger is easy to put on and off. Wish it was a bit lighter for loading in the SUV, but can work around this by lifting from a raised arm and the bottom strap. The manual speed dial is not intuitive, takes getting used to. Another caution is if you have a tall bag, you need to be careful about uneven terrain: my cart was thrown off balance and fell several times. When in doubt, switch to manual and hold the handles. The tiny front wheels are great at adjusting on the fly, but won't go over a curb or firm ledge of even three or four inches. Work in progress learning dos and don'ts, but very happy so far.

Thought we had “lost” my wife’s MGI Quad to early onset dementia. Fortunately, as the MGI rep suggested, it was a bad remote. Now the new remote is not cheap but it fixed the problem. Better than a new $1300 cart. My wife can’t live without her “Rosie” ( robot maid in the Jetsons).

I placed the order for these replacement wheels late on a Friday. They arrived one week later, as shipping did not occur until sometime on Monday. They actually delivered to the wrong address, but that may have been my fault when filling out information. (I live on a circle and they delivered on the other side of the circle. Might have accidentally selected a very similar, but wrong, address.) I was able to track the package down minutes after notification of delivery. Wheels needed to be replaced due to an accident with the cart, not due to anything functionally wrong or worn out with the cart or the wheels. Customer service was very helpful. If you have to deal with MGI service, expect it to go well. This is the 3rd time I have had to call and have been very satisfied with the interaction each time. Well done MGI.
