“The wheel covers and scorecard holder are not what the website advertised (further details against each item provided below). The Top Box Folding Panel hole cap (in solar panel area) is slightly different size to the cap that was in my old Top Box Folding Panel (fair wear and tear on the old cap). With all of these concerns, I am now disappointed that I have the Navigator Quad Gyro and not a Zip.”

“People were helpful, but disappointed that I had to purchase the entire assembly. All that need replaced was 1 nylon gear. Even just the shaft with the gear on it and not the entire assembly would have been good.”

“I received my Navigator Ai GPS cart earlier this month and have used it one time and really like it. The downside is that the MGI pouch was not included in my shipped box which has the remote, remote holder, USB lead cord, O rings and user manual. I communicated this immediately to MGI customer service and they sent me a remote the next week. It would have been nice to get the remote control clip.”

“My battery die after a year and a half while I was out on the course on the 8 hole. Had to get a new one 399.00 battery wouldn’t hold a charge would not recommend MGI to fellow golfers”

“The MGI cart bag works well with my Zip Navigator AT and has more storage space than I need, but will likely grow into! I very much appreciate the MGI cooler bag that attaches to the cart as well as the sand divot bottle. Hopefully, MGI will develop a ‘follow-me’ upgrade to my current Zip Navigator AT as I view that as an upgrade I would certainly opt to purchase, if and when it hits the market (if would enhance my investment in MGI).”

“I love how it is much easier on my body than having a push cart before. I am getting used to the remote control after some early hiccups and now it is much easier. A few things that I wish were different. My particular golf umbrella from the masters is too wide to fit in the umbrella holder and I wish there was some sort of handle to make it easier to lift it and put it in my car everytime I drive to the course. Other than that, very happy I made the purchase”
