“I've have the x5. Great product! I use it 2 to 3 times a week. The course I play is located in the Piedmont area of Georgia, which of rolling hills with elevation changes of 20-40 feet in short distances on some holes. Carts are available but I have always rather walk than ride in a cart. I would rather play 9 holes walking than ride for 18 holes. The x5 is a great product. Very durable, very well made and super easy to use. I can't say enough about how much I love this product. I have replaced the lower bag retention strap, and when I called customer service about getting a replacement they were extremely professional, helpful and efficient. Nothing goes better with a great product than great customer service, and I found MGI to have that combination. I’m extremely pleased with both the product and customer service!”

“I was a Bat Caddie guy for a long time and then I tried the MGI. Much better car maneuvers on a dime battery charge as well and last 36 holes love it.”

“Electric carts work well, but are hard to clean. There are crevices and openings that grass and mud get into that are extremely hard to clean. Other than that, functionality is great.”

“The MGI electric cart is awesome! Absolutely a game changer for hilly courses, and I walk all of them. This cart makes it a pleasure. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is their service dept. expensive replacement parts and expensive shipping.”

“I dumped the cart into a creek (it was about 100 yrds ahead of me, couldn't see it). The right side motor was fully submerged. After drying it out, it began making a terrible scratchy noise. The new motor was not incredibly easy to install, but also does not require a lot of skill. Now everything is working well, the new motor is fantastic.”

“The cooler is just what is advertised. Couple of things I wish MGI could modify on this cooler. 1. Have the ability of keepin the cooler attached when you close up the cart. It would be nice not to have to take it on-and-off each time. 2. If you fill it with ice and your favorite adult beverage, the weight caused the cart to be heavy on the back end. This seems to cause the cart to raise up on its back wheels more than normal. 3. Migth be nice to have a rust proof drain hole in it as well. Other than than that it works just fine.”

“It was the replacement part… that’s fine. Totally overpriced. Customers who pay 1700 dollars for an electric cart shouldn’t be taken advantage of with replacement parts. 50 dollars for a piece of plastic is criminal. Rethink your customer! Or they my not be there next time”

“Problem with zip navigator AT, provided details and sold a $300 motor controller. Didn’t fix problem and they don’t know how to fix it. Will buy a new cart bag and won’t be a MGI, incapable to service what they sell.”

“Love the Zip Navigator AI. However, my battery only lasted 3 years before it was unable to finish a full 18 holes. Had to buy a new one which was quite expensive.”
