“I have used the MGI Ai Navigator for a few months now and am generally pleased with its performance. It is easy to set up and easy to control. I do recomend it to my friends. I gave it only 4/5 stars becase of three design flaws. First the handle area does not have any build in storage and you are forced to buy several hundred dollars of accessories that should be built into the handle. These Accessories are high quality but you can only realy use two at a time. Second the battery BMU and gauge is useless. When I start it reads 90% then in 10 min goes up to 100% then by 9 holes reads 50%. By 18 holes it reads 15%. When I start my afternoon 9 holes it quickly drops to 5% and stays at 5% for the rest of the day. I always get my 27 holes in on one charge but why have a battery gauge if it does not mean anything? I have never tried the 36 that are advertised. Third the charger has a custom cable for the main battery and a USB-C cable that does not connect to anything. The remote has a micro USB. It is odd that they would give me something that could be very usefull but does not fit the system provided.”

“Replacement of the motor controller solved the problem with my cart. The issue is why did I have to replace the entire controller at $300 after 4 years of ownershi? In addition, I had to replace the remote control at $279 also after 4 years of ownership. Nothing last forever, but $579 every 4 years of ownership in additon to the orginal purchase price is crazy expensive.”

“I am very unhappy with this new bag the cutbacks you made to the pockets suck to be frank because Ive been using my old MGI bag the umbrella pocket now sucks it falls off there's less room over all one things for sure I will never buy another one. You ask for feed back there you go”

“Best Christmas present ever. Electric caddy is an absolute game changer. As an avid walker and fitness person, I notice my energy level is 10x better during a round of golf. Normally I feel a little exhaustion during a normal round on hills in short spells. Now after a round, it literally feels like I was out for a simple afternoon walk with my wife. I can do 36holes now without blinking an eye.”

“Love my Zip Navigator. In my opinion these are the best remote controlled golf carts on the market today. They are very well built and the battery life is amazing. I've played 36 holes on 1 charge many times and am pretty sure your could play at least another 9. Love not pushing the cart it makes playing golf like taking a walk in the park. 1100 miles on my zip and still going strong. If you're looking into getting a remote control golf cart I would highly recommend looking at an MGI. You won't regret it. Thanks MGI.”

“Both the MGI seat and wheel covers met my expectations. I walk the course four times a week, and when you’re frequently stuck behind slow players, having a comfortable seat to use on the course makes a big difference. The seat is sturdy, well designed, and easy to use. The wheel covers are especially useful — they dramatically help keep my car clean when I’m unable to rinse off the wheels after a round of golf. Practical products that clearly solve real problems for golfers. Highly recommended.”

“This cart has allowed me to walk and not be bothered with any additional physical activity. The cart does everything I could possibly need. The drink holder could be better at holding a container. Haven’t found a container that stays in while crossing rough terrain.”

“You have a product line that I believe is the best out of all the electric golf carts and accessories I've seen in person. I purchased the Zip Navigator several years ago and I regularly play on the most destructive golf course to push/electric golf carts that I have seen across the country. At the course I regularly play I've seen various damages to golf carts. One of our club members recently had a spoke break on one of his cart wheels. My Zip Navigator has performed amazingly. I have recently upgraded my Zip Navigator front wheels to the AT version which has made it even better and a lot more stable on our extreme terain. For clarification I purchased my Zip Navigator before the AT version was released. All the accessories I have purchased for my Zip Navigator has been worth every penny. Thank you MGI for making such a great product.”

“I have been an MGI customer since purchasing the Zip 1 back in 2019. I have since upgraded to the Zip Navigator AT which I have owned since 2021. I have every accessory that MGi makes including golf bag, sand bottle, seat, scorecard holder, phone holder, umbrella / extenders, water bottle holder and cooler bag. Since my AT is from 2021 I also have the larger capacity battery. I can easily go 2 full rounds on on charge. I could probably push it to 3 but why take the chance! I recommend MGI to everyone who asks. The brand is very popular at the local muni where I play. I would say that 25%-30% of the walkers on the course use MGI.”

“The MGI cart is one of the best things in Golf for those love to walk. The MGI has just about everything a golfer needs associated with their round of golf. Love the product. Customer service has been excellent. My only concern is the price of the aftermarket products seem to be fairly expensive”
