“I've had my cart 8 months. The clip on my remote broke. It is excluded from the warranty. The replacement cost me $29, plus $20 shipping. That is a bit ridiculous! I'm very disappointed.”

“I purchased a Zip NAV through refurbished golf caddies (certified partner) and 13 months later the motor controller failed. After several emails with both companies to try and get the $300 part covered under warranty I was told it was only a 12 month warranty. The motor controller seems to be a known issue. The new motor controller fixed my issue.”

“I own the MGI AI Navigator GPS+ Two quick things. I play at Meriwether golf course in Hillsboro Or. and the GPS map only shows 9 holes, not the full 18 like my garming S70 watch. The software is good but needs some refinement. The Attachements for the car are great but once you attached the umbrella and the score card then there is no room for the phone holder attachment. Sad!”

“I called Customer Service, supplied my unit serial number and was told where to find a replacement for my Zip left front wheel. Order process was easy and delivered within a couple of days. Very pleased. There must have been a design change in the wheel as it does not match the look of the right front wheel. It works and that's all that matters.”

“I called when I had the problem. It was diagnosed over the phone. I was sent a YouTube video to watch for installing the product was shipped promptly. I was able to get my MGI cart back working within a week. Great customer service.”

“MGI made big improvement on Ai 500, compared to X1 I used for four years. First the balance is much better because of the battery and the front wheel positions. Second, speed control dial is more reliable, and it keeps the same speed even on downhill. Third, GPS is helpful to check what is ahead on the course and easily measure distance of my shots. ( I still use a phone app to keep scores for continuity ) All these improvement comes at the same price as four years ago. Thank you MGI for keep making great products.”
