I actally call your service department about this. The cart handle was shattered by an errant golf ball. Both top and bottom handle had to be replaced. There was a base screw that was impossible to remove. So we had to drill it out. Then the circuit board that was located in the handle did not fit the new one. So we had to switch out the old board and put in the new one. When I called basically I as told that I A - should have watched the video and B- they dont have problems and do it all of the time. Obviously we are mechanical and figured it out. But we are not idiots but were treated that way. Great product but lousy service.

Sure you can hear from me. Never used it as I ordered the wrong item as I wanted the bigger one. Tried contacting you multiple times. No response on how to return it. I rate your firm 2 out of 10 for customer service. At lease you gave me a ticket number but that is all. See below. I will be talking to our golf club (Wing Point Golf and Country Club) and telling them and members of my experience and expressing my extreme disappointment. This should be easy to fix. Scorecard holder is too small. A majority of the scorecards do not fit in the holder.

Orded score card holder 5/5/25 was more than Amazon with $20.00 shipping (Amazon would have been free). Told would arrive 5/8/25. After numerous change of delivery dates finnally arrived 5/20/25. Unless MGI compenstes me I will never purchase another item from them and never recommend them to others.

I gave this replacement clip as a gift to a friend whose clip broke. I couldn’t believe how expensive it was and then saw that the shipping was $20. That is ridiculous for this little plastic piece!

With the Zip Navigator AT, MGI has dropped way down in producing a quality product. This buggy is so deficient in so many ways, I greatly regret buying it. I had been very satisfied with my previous MGI buggy and, if I could have bought another Coaster Quad, I would have. It was ideal.

Ended up having to get a completely new remote. $200 on top of the $60 already wasted on the key pad and postage ($30 for an envelope).

The part was $16 which I could justify - I suppose. The clip should not have broken in the first place. I leave the remote clipped in the umbrella holder when I go to the green. When I went to retrieve it it simply popped off. The shipping was $17 for a bubble pak envelope - completely a rip-off!!!!!!

Customer service is virtually non-existent. Over a number of weeks I sent a number of emails requesting assistance first diagnosing the problem with my zip 5 then after I found the problem without help from MGI golf I sent emails requesting guidance on the correct replacement part. Emails went unanswered and the phone numbers indicated on the website did not work, continuously got a message "you have selected an invalid option" when the only options are number 1 or number 2. I ordered a gearbox described as appropriate on your website for the x3 or later models while a gearbox for the x5 is not an option on the gearbox page of GCI Golf.com. In the last year I have had to replace two MGI gearboxes, the quality of MGI gearboxes is poor. The chat option is totally inadequate and continually shows that no one is available to communicate with.

Not happy right now as my MGI ZIP still does not work after installing the New Board. It is very difficult to get a holf of your customer service department by phone or email. My case number is 17333. I would really appreciate a follow up so I can get my unit fixed. I do not know if I need to another controller as the one sent may be bad or do I need a new screen. The problem is when I put the battery on the screen faintly lites up then goes blank and unit does not work. I disconnected the Red and Black connector from the screen and inserted the battery and same issue occurs. I appreciate yoru attention to this. If it gets fixed I will give a positive review.

Poor product quality. The front axle broke after a few months and the company did not honor their warranty. The accessories broke after a few months. Poor website / customer service. Went to order more accessories and the website redirected me to the wrong parts and had to send them back at my expense. Not a reputable company with poor quality products and poor customer service.

The order, which was difficult to find a way to do from the USA, was not good. It is difficult to use, poorly positioned on the caddy, and cheaply made—not worth quarter of what i paid for it. The sand holder that I bought with the caddy is also a piece of garbage. It broke easily riding low on the caddy because it was cheap and thin plastic—totally inappropriate for its function. I have come to realize that there is no easy way to repair anything that might go wrong. Shipping to Australia is a ridiculous option. To put it bluntly, I am sorry that I purchased a product so difficult to use and one with shoddy add-ons. Finally, I do not do market research for you. Surveys are a waste of my time. I don't work for you. This whole experience to date has been a waste of time and money. I wonder if you think I will be likely to recommend your product or your company to anyone? jehrenre@uno.edu

I recently purchased the MGI Zip Navigator AT - All Terrain. I have used it for 27 holes and it as tipped over 5 times. I like playing early in the morning so there is dew on the grass and the coarse I play is hilly. Each time the cart as tipped over the wheels just spins going up hill with no traction and eventually tipping over before I can rescue it. I thought the AT was a all Terrain electric golf caddy but I was mistaken. I'm extremely disappointed with it and wish I could return it. The return policy requires I return it by 30 days from the purchase date which has came and passed.
