I am very unhappy with this new bag the cutbacks you made to the pockets suck to be frank because Ive been using my old MGI bag the umbrella pocket now sucks it falls off there's less room over all one things for sure I will never buy another one. You ask for feed back there you go

I've had my cart 8 months. The clip on my remote broke. It is excluded from the warranty. The replacement cost me $29, plus $20 shipping. That is a bit ridiculous! I'm very disappointed.

The parts cost as much as the original trolly with the battery and charger included . I think this is a rip off and have to buy the specific battery . I was reluctant to write this review as I am sure you will not like it

Great umbrella except it keeps getting stuck on the way down & ended up slicing the top of my finger. You really need to force it down to lock & sometimes it's doesn't line up correctly. Hence my accident, I'm sure this has happened to other users.

I’ve been using the MGI Ai GPS for 12 months. I hate it. I am constantly fighting it. It needs to be trimmed before every round and sometimes during. It is very unbalanced compared with the Zip despite the centre battery. I have to keep a weight in the front as it is always flipping. I also have an MGI bag, it is ok on the buggy but doesn’t fit properly on the back of a cart! Hopeless design. I recently purchased the telescopic umbrella. Very flimsy would not trust that in any more than a zephyr of wind. I’m expecting it to break when the buggy flips again. Overall very disappointed in my purchases.

I love my MGI navigator, it’s actually my second one! I just can’t believe I had to pay $90 to replace the front wheel after owning the second one for only nine months and MGI not covering it under warranty.

I had to replace my remote after I unofrtunately lost it. Imagine my surprise when I checked on the website and so it was "Sold Out" and had to wait to have a replacment available. More importantly, the price gouge of $280 for a piece of technology that likely cost $25 or less to produce is unconscioniable. Something that I will bear in mind for future purchases if any from MGI.

I canceled this order because of the outrageous price. $20 for the clip and $25 to ship. If the little plastic clip cost you a buck I would be shocked. And $25 to ship an item that can't weigh 1/2 oz. I fixed it myself with a metal clip from a tape measure.

Product is good, but prices of accessories is unbelievably overpriced! They want to bend you over and take whatever they can from you since you are a captured customer.

Loved my cart until the battery conked out after 3 years. I live in Hawaii and MGI is unable to ship lithium battery there even though cart and battery were shipped here originally. Had battery delivered to friend in Las Vegas. She also was unable to ship battery and returned it to MGI. I still have not received my refund.

MGI w navigation arrived 3 weeks ago and battery wouldn’t charge, customer service responded quickly saying it was probably the charger and they would get one out via FedEx. I asked for next day shipping but was told it comes from another facility so regular FedEx, 10 days later still not here. Extremely unhappy!

I actally call your service department about this. The cart handle was shattered by an errant golf ball. Both top and bottom handle had to be replaced. There was a base screw that was impossible to remove. So we had to drill it out. Then the circuit board that was located in the handle did not fit the new one. So we had to switch out the old board and put in the new one. When I called basically I as told that I A - should have watched the video and B- they dont have problems and do it all of the time. Obviously we are mechanical and figured it out. But we are not idiots but were treated that way. Great product but lousy service.

I rate your firm 2 out of 10 for customer service. At lease you gave me a ticket number but that is all. See below. Orded score card holder 5/5/25 was more than Amazon with $20.00 shipping (Amazon would have been free). Told would arrive 5/8/25. After numerous change of delivery dates finnally arrived 5/20/25. Unless MGI compenstes me I will never purchase another item from them and never recommend them to others.
