I'm disappointed this board only made it 3 golf seasons. It looks like it is built well but the power drive portion is under rated for the application.

I have a warranty claim, I’ve followed the process and it’s been a disaster. Like MGI wants me yo give up. Awful communication, multiple days between each email. Don’t answer phone.

The pattern on this handle does not match the pattern on the original Zip Navigator AT handle. I’ve tried emailing your customer support address 4 times and cannot get anyone to respond.

This review asks me to rate cupholder however my review is of MGI in general. Online the cupholder was designated as fitting the Quad cart. It does not. I am on my second cart as first one did not work. It was suggested I change fuse thst was supposed to have been inlcuded in box. It was not. I was supposed to have received remote. That was not inluced so I had to call and eventuslly this was received. My second cart and remote work fine so far after two rounds. I requested cup holder and umbrella holder. Umbrella holder does not fit my cart as screw is to large. While I have found Michelle to be helpful the overall experience with MGI has been frustrating. Difficult to recommend when encountering such lack of customer service. I could share more but space is limited.

Ridiculously overpriced for the quality of the remote. If radio shack was in business you could have repaired or rebuilt a new one for $20. My first remote lasted one golf outing in the rain.

Rip off. Less that a year and remote broke. No customer service. $350 for replacement. No responsibility for a badly made cheap remote which unsurprisingly failed. Expect this will be a recuring problem. Would not recomend.

I am very unhappy with this new bag the cutbacks you made to the pockets suck to be frank because Ive been using my old MGI bag the umbrella pocket now sucks it falls off there's less room over all one things for sure I will never buy another one. You ask for feed back there you go

I've had my cart 8 months. The clip on my remote broke. It is excluded from the warranty. The replacement cost me $29, plus $20 shipping. That is a bit ridiculous! I'm very disappointed.

The parts cost as much as the original trolly with the battery and charger included . I think this is a rip off and have to buy the specific battery . I was reluctant to write this review as I am sure you will not like it

Great umbrella except it keeps getting stuck on the way down & ended up slicing the top of my finger. You really need to force it down to lock & sometimes it's doesn't line up correctly. Hence my accident, I'm sure this has happened to other users.

I’ve been using the MGI Ai GPS for 12 months. I hate it. I am constantly fighting it. It needs to be trimmed before every round and sometimes during. It is very unbalanced compared with the Zip despite the centre battery. I have to keep a weight in the front as it is always flipping. I also have an MGI bag, it is ok on the buggy but doesn’t fit properly on the back of a cart! Hopeless design. I recently purchased the telescopic umbrella. Very flimsy would not trust that in any more than a zephyr of wind. I’m expecting it to break when the buggy flips again. Overall very disappointed in my purchases.

I love my MGI navigator, it’s actually my second one! I just can’t believe I had to pay $90 to replace the front wheel after owning the second one for only nine months and MGI not covering it under warranty.
