Not happy right now as my MGI ZIP still does not work after installing the New Board. It is very difficult to get a holf of your customer service department by phone or email. My case number is 17333. I would really appreciate a follow up so I can get my unit fixed. I do not know if I need to another controller as the one sent may be bad or do I need a new screen. The problem is when I put the battery on the screen faintly lites up then goes blank and unit does not work. I disconnected the Red and Black connector from the screen and inserted the battery and same issue occurs. I appreciate yoru attention to this. If it gets fixed I will give a positive review.

Overpriced and postage $15 for something that ways a couple of grams. Would definitely not recommend

Poor product quality. The front axle broke after a few months and the company did not honor their warranty. The accessories broke after a few months. Poor website / customer service. Went to order more accessories and the website redirected me to the wrong parts and had to send them back at my expense. Not a reputable company with poor quality products and poor customer service.

The MGI constantly stop and go,,,totally out of control,,,out of function,,,, kept on even kicking the the battery to move the the unit.

The order, which was difficult to find a way to do from the USA, was not good. It is difficult to use, poorly positioned on the caddy, and cheaply made—not worth quarter of what i paid for it. The sand holder that I bought with the caddy is also a piece of garbage. It broke easily riding low on the caddy because it was cheap and thin plastic—totally inappropriate for its function. I have come to realize that there is no easy way to repair anything that might go wrong. Shipping to Australia is a ridiculous option. To put it bluntly, I am sorry that I purchased a product so difficult to use and one with shoddy add-ons. Finally, I do not do market research for you. Surveys are a waste of my time. I don't work for you. This whole experience to date has been a waste of time and money. I wonder if you think I will be likely to recommend your product or your company to anyone? jehrenre@uno.edu

I recently purchased the MGI Zip Navigator AT - All Terrain. I have used it for 27 holes and it as tipped over 5 times. I like playing early in the morning so there is dew on the grass and the coarse I play is hilly. Each time the cart as tipped over the wheels just spins going up hill with no traction and eventually tipping over before I can rescue it. I thought the AT was a all Terrain electric golf caddy but I was mistaken. I'm extremely disappointed with it and wish I could return it. The return policy requires I return it by 30 days from the purchase date which has came and passed.

Item was broken when it arrived ! Tried to contact you and got zero response ! Item extended still requires the umbrella extender and is a half inch longer then normal golf Umbrella and covers less area ! Not worth the money !!! Period !!! V/R R.E. Knoll

Arrived as a repaired / modified item Although works ok bit cheeky supplying not new item at full price 3 emails re this have failed to get a reply Just about zero support in the uk

Navigator and many optional items are good. The clip for the remote seems to break easily. I have broken several only by clipping them on my belt and the replacement pieces are very expensive. Phone holder is better than the included one which falls off with phone easily. The optional phone holder is much better but quite expensive, especially after buying 2 navigators, two mgi bags and some options.

Very disappointed in the excessive price of this replacement remote. $180 is way too high. Yes, it was my fault that I lost the original, but this is extortion! Overall, not impressed with MGI. Their other accessories are also overpriced.

This is the 4th replacement same part I've had to purchase. New design I hope it's better than the last design which was poor given the price of the cart.

No trouble removing old battery but cannot get the new one to plug in. Tried to contact tech support. They sent a video on removing the old battery! No one answers at tech support. Love my cart, though.

I purchased an MGI golf electric cart 3 years ago, and more than 20 of my friends introduced the electric cart to me and I have been using it well, but MGI's service is very poor. I purchased a golf cart and cooler bag a month ago (it was a different model than the one I purchased, I think it was a cooler bag that fits the new cart), but I sent an email saying I was returning it in error, and MGI sent it in error and told me to pay for the shipping cost. did. I was so angry this time that I decided never to do business with MGI again.

Everything seems to be an upcharge. The electric carts are fantastic, but god forbid if you want an accessory or need to replace a part. The word that comes to mind is: gouge... I feel you are trying to squeeze every dollar out of the customer versus supporting your product.
