"I just replaced my gearbox. There is a youtube video that gives you step by step instructions. I drew a diagram of the bottom of the cart on a piece of cardboard. After I took the screws out, I place them onto the diagram. There is an electrical box inside. I would suggest you take a picture of the wiring or mark each wire. Once you remove the cover, there are about four screws that hold the gearbox on. Remove the gearbox. Remove the two motors from the old gearbox and assemble them on to the new gearbox. Then assemble in reverse order. Having a screwdriver that is magnetized or having a magnet may help removing some of the screws."

The first time I used the cart I felt like the richest man in the world walking down the fairway with my coffee in my hand And watching the cart make tracks in the morning dew on the grass as I approached my ball I was thinking of my next shot set my coffee in the holder and played the best golf I have ever played do yo my focus that came with walking I am a 17 handicap and shot 86 I do recommend a cart bag rather than a stand bag I love the storage in the seat and score card holder and the way it breaks down to store it or transport the cart literally about 2x2 totally worth the money.
