I had to order the axle 2 times as the correct axle was not listed on your website. When I entered my model it told me to order the quad axle which I did and it and I had to send it back and start over with a phone call where I learned correct axle for the Nav AI was available but not on the website. This axle should be covered under the warranty as due to its design it did not last through the warranty period.

I was terribly disappointed that the replacement remote control cost $250 and you changed the electrical outlet/cord from the original remote control. The charging unit from my previous remote control no longer fit and MGI did not include a new one w/ my new unit. I think that for $250 you could have thrown in a new charging cord. I spoke to MGI staff twice about the trouble i was having w/ my old remote and no one told me I would need a new charging cord when i replaced it nor did your on line product description mention it.

Returned item, we had canceled the order 5 minutes after ordering. MGI sent item anyway. Really poor communication between sales and customer service. Know we are still waiting for refund almost 2 weeks after MGI received return package. They have not even acknowledged the return. Glad we had package tracked and signed for. Not sure we trust MGI customer service. We have a order at Costco for new zip. But thinking we will cancel if no refund in a few days and buy different trolly elsewhere

MGI needs to ensure customers are provided with proper accurate warranty information at time of purchase. Additionally, international credit card acceptance should be revisited and corrected to allow ease of transactions.

MGI charges a premium price, so I'd expect premium quality. However, after a few years of using my Navigator AT, the motor controller and the remote control failed within a couple months of each other. By failed, I mean just stopped working, period. MGI customer service was responsive, but the response ended up being you need new ones. $150 for the controller I guess is reasonable, but $300 for a remote control that obviously has a limited useful life is pretty outrageous. I understand the remote is proprietary, but $300? I'm just waiting to see what will fail next.

I purchased a Zip NAV through refurbished golf caddies (certified partner) and 13 months later the motor controller failed. After several emails with both companies to try and get the $300 part covered under warranty I was told it was only a 12 month warranty. The motor controller seems to be a known issue. The new motor controller fixed my issue.

Shipping returns are expensive for larger items like bags. MGI should at least offer buyers MGI shipping rates to return items.

the GPS quad i just got is your top of the line (or at least the most expensive) cart. I wish i would have purchased without the GPS. waiting for it to boot up is inconvenient and its not very accurate even though i update it all of the time. socondly and even more importantly, i have had it for three weeks and its already malfunctioning. it can turn on, but wont move with the remote or the cart controls.

the sand bottle holder and drink holder are made cheaply for what you pay and do not last. I am sure they are great margins for MGI. Not a good deal for the owner.

“I am very satisfied with your excellent GPS product and have been using it with great appreciation. However, I am unable to connect via Bluetooth between my app and the cart. I have exchanged several emails with your service team (Stacey Cook & Zach Hogan) and even provided photos, but unfortunately, I have not received further assistance. I truly wish to use this great product to its full potential. Therefore, I kindly ask you to either replace the product or resolve the Bluetooth connectivity issue.”

I've been a fan of MGI's electric caddies. They are built well (sturdy, good steering). However, I am a bit upset about this replacement battery that I was forced to purchase. While the replacement battery works fine, I have 2 issues that sour me on MGI: 1) My original remote control battery should not have died in 2.5 years. That indicates faulty charging circuitry. I know others who have had to replace their remote control battery after a short period, so this is definitely a known design issue. 2) The price of the replacement part is outrageous. I know what rechargeable batteries cost, and it seems like MGI is marking it up over 10x. That does not promote good will among your customers.

I had to buy the remote to replace the prior one which lasted less than two years. Very poorly designed and way to expensive to replace. There should be more thought into the cost verses the price. I love the cart but I don't like getting ripped off.

This item was missing the screw that is used to attatch the zip series case clip to the entire remote control!!

Don't get me wrong, I love my Zip Navigator AT but after losing the remote I found that the company wanted $280 to replace it. Now, I'm all about capitalism, but when you charge an exorbitant amount for a plastic remote that couldn't have cost more that a few dollars to make, I take issue.
