“I am very satisfied with your excellent GPS product and have been using it with great appreciation. However, I am unable to connect via Bluetooth between my app and the cart. I have exchanged several emails with your service team (Stacey Cook & Zach Hogan) and even provided photos, but unfortunately, I have not received further assistance. I truly wish to use this great product to its full potential. Therefore, I kindly ask you to either replace the product or resolve the Bluetooth connectivity issue.”

I've been a fan of MGI's electric caddies. They are built well (sturdy, good steering). However, I am a bit upset about this replacement battery that I was forced to purchase. While the replacement battery works fine, I have 2 issues that sour me on MGI: 1) My original remote control battery should not have died in 2.5 years. That indicates faulty charging circuitry. I know others who have had to replace their remote control battery after a short period, so this is definitely a known design issue. 2) The price of the replacement part is outrageous. I know what rechargeable batteries cost, and it seems like MGI is marking it up over 10x. That does not promote good will among your customers.

I had to buy the remote to replace the prior one which lasted less than two years. Very poorly designed and way to expensive to replace. There should be more thought into the cost verses the price. I love the cart but I don't like getting ripped off.

This item was missing the screw that is used to attatch the zip series case clip to the entire remote control!!

Don't get me wrong, I love my Zip Navigator AT but after losing the remote I found that the company wanted $280 to replace it. Now, I'm all about capitalism, but when you charge an exorbitant amount for a plastic remote that couldn't have cost more that a few dollars to make, I take issue.

I purchased the accessory pack as it was cheaper than just buying the carry bag. The carry bag is nice and seems well built, however the wheel covers are cheap and ripped upon the first time I put them on. Also the accessory bag is more of a pouch than a bag and is of little use. I have almost 200 miles on the navigator AI and no complaints so far, it is well built and carries my bag without issue. I did however break the belt clip on the remote while clipping to my belt and was told no warranty as that is normal use. Another issue is the App as there isn’t communication between the App and the machine, I should be able to start the app and have it upload my score card data for later viewing after the round. It’s very inconvenient to have to enter data on both the app and the machine during the round.

Unfortunatley the quality of MGI products is very disappointing. I've tried numerous accessories and had issues with them all. The drinks bag developed splits in the foil lining, the umbrella spring mechanism broke, the steel ring clips on the towels fell off, the retaining clip on the third wheel of my navigator AT broke and most recently the lower buggy bag strap broke. So unfortunatley I will no longer pruchase any MGI accessories unless the quality improves

Cart works fine but I lost the controller and it cost $250 which is ridiculous. Next the clip on the controller broke from normal fatigue (cheap) and cost $16 and another $17 to ship…which is also ridiculous.

Very hard learning curve. Videos on website are unprofessional and not always helpful. Tracking is quirky and adjustments only a little helpful.

I am dissappointed with the quality of my Navigator buggy , i've had the axles replaced and the remote which to me had a design fault with regard to the charging lead connection to it , with small pins it was always going to fail (the new one is much better), I have friends who have had a variety of issues with their buggies.

I love the cart but my original battery was lost in a flood last September. It took 10 months to get a replacement. Not very good!

I ordered the screw to hold the score card holder. The screw sent was too long. It was the same length as umbrella holder. I contacted MGI for a response. Maybe I was sent the wrong screw. No response from MGI
