“The cart works great. I would make it so the front wheels can be serviced and don't have to be replaced when bad. Other than this, the cart has worked flawlessly”

“Should come with some storage. Remote needs to be a bit more responsive. Hard to control exactly how much you want to turn at any given point. However I am enjoying not pushing my clubs. It’s great once you get it on the fairway. Going to next tee boxes it is best to use the hand control. I do like the fact the gyroscopic affect disengages when using the hand control.”

“The two items are just extras to supplement the Zip 3 buggy I bought earlier. The extras are good as I expected them to be. The buggy is excellent in all respects. MGI is an excellent supplier of golf gear.”

“After initial discussion with sales at MGI ordered replacement gearbox axle assembly and wheels. Due to misunderstanding extra parts were not included and MGI sent the parts at no extra cost, which arrived overnight. Exceptional customer service, can't recommend them highly enough, pleasure to do business with. AAA+++ Jack”

“I broke my front wheel housing. This replacement was shipped quickly. Directions for removing the old wheel base and replacement were excellent and easy to do myself.”

“Battery replacement needed after 4 years of very casual and intermittent use - certainly less than 80 uses. Recharging and care of battery adhered to, so a little disappointing. New battery arrived promptly. Which was appreciated.”

“Golf caddy is excellent. Rear wheels spin out when ascending wet uphill slopes. Scorecard holder needs to be approximately 1/2 inch longer to provide easier fit for scorecard. Pencil holder needs to be on right side instead of left.”

“Initially I had a problem with wear on the drive pin for the old rear wheels . I replaced the pins after having a great experience with customer service at MGI . After that experience I was more than confident in dealing with MGI . I have replaced both rear wheels and the left and right hand grips for my buggy all items have been installed and all okay .”
