“Electric carts work well, but are hard to clean. There are crevices and openings that grass and mud get into that are extremely hard to clean. Other than that, functionality is great.”

“The MGI electric cart is awesome! Absolutely a game changer for hilly courses, and I walk all of them. This cart makes it a pleasure. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is their service dept. expensive replacement parts and expensive shipping.”

“Generally, pretty good the steering is a little wonky. It also is a challenge to keep it on a straight line at higher speeds. Also had to get a new cart bag because my stand bags just do not fit correctly.”

“The wheel I required was delivered promptly. I was interested in buying the spring inside the wheel and I would have fitted it myself but was disappointed that I could not buy this item as a seperate item. Otherwise it was a good service.”

“People were helpful, but disappointed that I had to purchase the entire assembly. All that need replaced was 1 nylon gear. Even just the shaft with the gear on it and not the entire assembly would have been good.”

“I received my Navigator Ai GPS cart earlier this month and have used it one time and really like it. The downside is that the MGI pouch was not included in my shipped box which has the remote, remote holder, USB lead cord, O rings and user manual. I communicated this immediately to MGI customer service and they sent me a remote the next week. It would have been nice to get the remote control clip.”

“I love how it is much easier on my body than having a push cart before. I am getting used to the remote control after some early hiccups and now it is much easier. A few things that I wish were different. My particular golf umbrella from the masters is too wide to fit in the umbrella holder and I wish there was some sort of handle to make it easier to lift it and put it in my car everytime I drive to the course. Other than that, very happy I made the purchase”

“Very pleased overall. I purchased the MGI Zip3 2 years ago and upgraded to the Navigator AT, and then purchased the MGI black/gray golf bag. I upgraded to the Navigator AT because I was so pleased with the Zip3 that I wanted one of their remote electric bag carts.”

“I have had a few occasions to use the on line support from MGI. In all cases the service has been prompt and with no issues. The only issue I have was the delivery costs were quite high compared to the cost of the purchase.”
