“I ordered this in early April and come May, I had to write to find out what happened o the order. Was told it was out of stock until late May. Would have been nice if they said so in the first place. I would have still wanted it, but it's not good customer service to keep people in the dark.”

“I received the wheels in a timely manner. They initially were out of stock, but within several weeks they were available. They fit very well on my cart and they are what I expected. They are a little expensive compared to the zip navigator wheels.”

“I know of many people who had one of these carts so thay are the first company I looked at. Obviously a pricey purchase, I was pleased when notified the Ai 500 went on sale. I snatched one up and have been pretty happy with it (see review below).”

“Probably the best, most reliable electric trolley on the market. The increased speed settings from pervious editions is a wonderful upgrade. The charger that tells you what the current level of charge is while charging is also a nice upgrade. Although it would be nice to settle on one set of charger connections. The only true "miss" is the lower golf bag support that doesn't accomodate a wide range of stand bags. Let's face it, most MGI customers have been walking with a stand bag prior to purchase to of the unit. MGI has had several iterations to address this and has failed to do so.”

“I ordered a new charger and it is certainly not an inexpensive item. Arrived nonfunctional out of the box. Clearly some quality control issues with manufacture. I will say they replaced it promptly when I told them. Charges battery just fine when you get one that works”

“The eletric buggy snd remote makes gold less tiring and pleasurable. Love that I can leave thr buggy anywhere when putting or searching for a ball and jusr with a push of my finger get it to return to me. Easy set up snd compact. A bit heavy and I would like an adjustable drink holder as many bottles do not fit it. Sldo thr umbrella holder should be taller. Have to buy two to give s reasonsble height. I enjoy golf much more since purchasing the buggy.”

“Got the part fairly quickly. Just disappointed that I’ve had to replace the motor controller twice and my MGI Navigator electric caddy is only 3 and a half years old. The first time the motor controller went out, it was covered under warranty, but this time, just a year later after replacing it the first time, I had to replace it and pay for it.”

“I needed for NZ so disaapointing I couldnt get item delivered directly. Fortate to have a temp SYdney address but your NZ stockist I viisited didnt have the clips”
