I've had my Zip Navagator AT for only a few weeks but I love it. I can now walk 18 holes where before I could only do 9 with my regular push cart. The cart works fantastic on all sorts of terrain as the name suggests. Highly recommended. Only negative is price but it is competative in the market with other carts of similar features.

I like my Zip Navigator. Too bad it broke in a way the MGI would not consider a warranty repair.

I bought these as spares for my new quad navigator. I had to replace my four year old quad coaster because the front wheels were worn out and MGI does not stock replacement parts for units that old, even though such replacement parts would not normally be needed for several years after purchase. I also have previously complained that there is a serious design defect with the battery cable. Because when in place the battery cable is bent. I have twice replaced an otherwise functioning battery because of a short in the cable at the point the cable connects to the battery, As the battery cable connects to the power delivery point in the battery and the battery is sealed, the cable cannot be replaced, MGI should redesign these batteries so that the cable that connects to the battery can be replaced by a plug in cable. The failure of a $400 battery due to a short in a $10 part is silly.

All equipment is functional and efficient. Only disappointment is that the bag/ buggy cover is not in stock.

I love my Zip Navigator, but I ordered new wheels and I can't get them onto the axels.

Ordered black and received black/ silver. Also, for some reason wheel only fits on left side...not on the right side.

Great product - support is a little difficult/challenging to set up here in the US, but once it got coordinated by my pro shop, it became pretty smooth

Replacement bag strap for original that is badly designed and broke. This looks better but we will see. Freight on the replacement was almost as much as the strap. Very dissappointing experience overall.

We were able to make the cup holder attach however it did not fit on the designed knob as designed. We had a similar cup holder break when one of our carts fell over last year and the replacement cup fit properly. This replacement cup holder was different & does not fit as it should.
