I worked remotely with support to resolve the issues I was having with my cart. First, a new motor controller was ordered and replaced, then I disconnected the USB port and the cart powered up and worked. All responses from support were reasonably quick and thorough and I am very glad I was able to get the issues resolved without having to ship my entire cart to Las Vegas.
