The MGI Navigator AT is fantastic. The umbrella holder and umbrella work well. The score card holder has a challenge to open and close the cover. Suggest altering the design. The most important item was the cooler. Not a good design, extremely limited. I understand the reason for not making it larger, but its current design fails to meet even the most reasonable expectations. Attached is the cooler from Clic Gear that can carry a blue ice, 28 oz Gatoraid and snacks. The upper compartment can hold peronal items. Consider.

Cart is good, but the accessories should be of better quality, the carry bag attachment is very cheap and it would be better if there was a horizontal separator in the middle so that whatever you put in doesn’t get all jumbled up.

Fits my MGI cart nicely - my only concern is the zippers. I had trouble with the zippers on my last MGI Bag and was the reason I needed a new bag. I more than pleased with the performance of my powered cart that I've had for over 2 years without problems.

I worked remotely with support to resolve the issues I was having with my cart. First, a new motor controller was ordered and replaced, then I disconnected the USB port and the cart powered up and worked. All responses from support were reasonably quick and thorough and I am very glad I was able to get the issues resolved without having to ship my entire cart to Las Vegas.

My zip navigator is absolutely wonderful. The only issue is fitting bags to the device. The MGI bags fit great. But they are not well suited to carts or travel. They are also not great quality. They fade quickly due to sun. Please work with bag manufacturers to better fit their bags.

I recently bought the Zip Navigator e-caddy and MGI Lite golf bag. I like the caddy, although I'm still getting used to the remote control. The bag is, I feel, too large and unwieldy. I'm now thinking of buying a smaller bag. Overall, I like the Zip and feel it will help me stay walking for more years than otherwise would have been the case,

I love the product. We damaged a wheel and the replacement is great. Only problem was you could not a replacement until they were in stock. I would think you would want to know your back orders to help know your demand.

I ordered this in early April and come May, I had to write to find out what happened o the order. Was told it was out of stock until late May. Would have been nice if they said so in the first place. I would have still wanted it, but it's not good customer service to keep people in the dark.

I received the wheels in a timely manner. They initially were out of stock, but within several weeks they were available. They fit very well on my cart and they are what I expected. They are a little expensive compared to the zip navigator wheels.

I know of many people who had one of these carts so thay are the first company I looked at. Obviously a pricey purchase, I was pleased when notified the Ai 500 went on sale. I snatched one up and have been pretty happy with it (see review below).

Probably the best, most reliable electric trolley on the market. The increased speed settings from pervious editions is a wonderful upgrade. The charger that tells you what the current level of charge is while charging is also a nice upgrade. Although it would be nice to settle on one set of charger connections. The only true "miss" is the lower golf bag support that doesn't accomodate a wide range of stand bags. Let's face it, most MGI customers have been walking with a stand bag prior to purchase to of the unit. MGI has had several iterations to address this and has failed to do so.
