“So far when I call or have to deal with MGI the experince has been good. I have had some problems getting someone to answer the phone at times.”

“Your chat function seems never to be live. I've left questions there with my email address, but I have never gotten a response. You demand a photo for registration, but you load limit is too small unless you have advanced Acrobat.”

“Customer support has been very good. They pick up the phone and if you leave a message the call is returned timly. The verdict is still out on the cart itself. It seems the battery is not able to go 36 holes as advertised. Mine at this point is down to 1% after 18.”

“I like the updated charging cable port as I found the the Charging port on the old model hard to connect. I would like to see cheaper parts as I recentley had to replace the Control board and think $350.00 dollars for this part is to expensive. I think the Height adjustment for different sized golf bags is not efficient as when i have to put on a wet weather cover the support frame sits right on top of the clips I believe if you could access the clips above the frame this would be a great improvement”

“I recently bought the R&G complete folding mechanism thinking that I could replace the existing one that wouldn't hold tight. It didn't take me long to realise that the job was beyond me, mainly because of the power cord that has to go through the mechanism. I've now asked an experienced golf buggy repairer to do it for me. Be warned, it is not a simple exercise”

“I received the parts I needed in just a couple of days. I was able to put it together in about 10 minutes. It was very simple and with the swift delivery I was back on the course that weekend. Everything seems to be working well I have two rounds in with the new front wheels in place working perfectly. Thank you, Don Molesworth”

“Love the buggy. It's just so nice to walk unimpeded around the golf course. I recently had to use a push cart and couldn't wait to get my MGI back. Customer support is horrible. When I had to replace the gearbox because of grinding noise and strange turning action, I was told "the gearbox is not covered under warranty". One of the major mechanical items "not covered", go figure?”

“The golf cart and accessories are pretty good products overall. I would have replaced this drink holder sooner and gotten a couple of accessories if they weren’t so overpriced.”

“I do not remember when I bought my Navigator AT but I have over 700 miles of walking on the odometer. I play twice a week and walk better than 95% of my yearly rounds. I look forward to a long relationship with this trolley.”
