The cooler is just what is advertised. Couple of things I wish MGI could modify on this cooler. 1. Have the ability of keepin the cooler attached when you close up the cart. It would be nice not to have to take it on-and-off each time. 2. If you fill it with ice and your favorite adult beverage, the weight caused the cart to be heavy on the back end. This seems to cause the cart to raise up on its back wheels more than normal. 3. Migth be nice to have a rust proof drain hole in it as well. Other than than that it works just fine.

Love the Zip Navigator AI. However, my battery only lasted 3 years before it was unable to finish a full 18 holes. Had to buy a new one which was quite expensive.

I have now replaced the left and right wheel on my Zip x3. With a broken wheel internal drive spring being the weak point. Maybe MGI could offer the spring replacement and save having to replace the hole wheel. All other aspects of ordering and delivery were fine

I also wanted buy other replacement items but the order form did not give me the options of additional purchases, especially as the postage and pacaging seems excessive.

I have used the MGI NAVIGATOR three times. (3x) I was told there is a notable learning curve. There is. VERY well built. Heavy and some what awkward as a result. I am asked alot about the MGI alot. Frequently after i put the remote controller in my pocket and the MGI along with my Pings is 100 yards down the fairway....the wrong fairway. I spend more attention learning to drive and less time on my golf My golf needs ALOT of attention Term of projected Ownership.....tenuous.

I returned the item because the cart already had it attached, but unfortunately, I did not see it or read about it in any of the material that accompanied the cart. I was a little surprised that the sales rep who helped me order it did not ask why I was ordering it.

The accessory bag is too small. I returned it, and have not heard a thing about a credit being issued to my account.

Unfortunately my Navigator AI Halo with EYE was not working properly. The silver lining thus far has been the customer service from MGI. Decent trouble shooting as much as can be done over email. Currently awaiting a replacement trolley and Eye as I had to send it back. Let hope for the best.

MGI put me throught the ringer before telling me what was wrong with my MGI which was that it needed a new gearbox axle. First of all I had to go and find the serial" for my MGI which IMO was unnecessary because I had purchased other parts for my MGI previously so they alread had this information in their records but they insisted that I go and find that serial # on my MGI. OK I did that. Then I had to send multiple videos of the MGI just grinding along the fairway and not functioning properly for them to finally decide what was wrong. Surely I could not have been the first one to experience this problme but I Did that. Then they gave me a link to a 17 minute video on you tube that showed how to install the gearbox axle. It was af ine video except it took me 2 hours not 17 minutes to install the new axle. Other than this, it was all good.

I bought a new one . My previous one had a motor that broke on the right rear wheel itlasted 2500 miles, which is impressive. It was an expensive repair not to mention that it looked intimidating on the you tube video to make the repair. I learned that the mechanism that broke in my previous cart was made of plastic. Disappointing.

All parts are too expensive. I've had to replace my front wheel assembly twice in 4 years, rear wheels were replaced and now the axle was replaced due to the left plastic gear stripped out. Spent 2/3 the price of a new one over the last 4 years just to keep it up and running.

The service is great! However this product should be made with something more durable than plastic. This is my second replacement. Way too easy to break.

The replacement motor controller is working fine - but why is it so easy to destroy these in normal use? Mine failed when grit (sand) in the release mechanism of the battery meant that the battery did not lock, and fell off. This fried the motor controller which meant A$350 replacement. It also fries if you push the trolley when engaged / drive down too steep a slope - none of these should cause $350 damage on a $2,500 trolley. No sympathy and no discount despite this being questionable under Australian Consumer Law.
