I bought a new one . My previous one had a motor that broke on the right rear wheel itlasted 2500 miles, which is impressive. It was an expensive repair not to mention that it looked intimidating on the you tube video to make the repair. I learned that the mechanism that broke in my previous cart was made of plastic. Disappointing.

All parts are too expensive. I've had to replace my front wheel assembly twice in 4 years, rear wheels were replaced and now the axle was replaced due to the left plastic gear stripped out. Spent 2/3 the price of a new one over the last 4 years just to keep it up and running.

The service is great! However this product should be made with something more durable than plastic. This is my second replacement. Way too easy to break.

The replacement motor controller is working fine - but why is it so easy to destroy these in normal use? Mine failed when grit (sand) in the release mechanism of the battery meant that the battery did not lock, and fell off. This fried the motor controller which meant A$350 replacement. It also fries if you push the trolley when engaged / drive down too steep a slope - none of these should cause $350 damage on a $2,500 trolley. No sympathy and no discount despite this being questionable under Australian Consumer Law.

Replacement of the motor controller solved the problem with my cart. The issue is why did I have to replace the entire controller at $300 after 4 years of ownershi? In addition, I had to replace the remote control at $279 also after 4 years of ownership. Nothing last forever, but $579 every 4 years of ownership in additon to the orginal purchase price is crazy expensive.

Broken my NY resolution, providing low value feedback. It's a plastic sand bottle fgs! The cart is great btw except for the design fault on the sand bottle - number of members have had the same problem.

I enjoy my new Navigator Quad, and was excited about the sale price. However, when I realized that it looked like you had already discontinued the storage bag for this model, I decided I had better order any other quad-specific accessories before they were gone as well. I tried both online and phone calls to your support line, but could not find a time of day when I could get answers about whether the storage bag would ever be available again. I hop to find one eventually.

Recommend you stop using SHOP. I had no idea when my trolley was arriving, and when it did they didn't tell me

Trolley works great for the most part. Game changer from carrying bag. Only real gripe is that replacement parts (remote, clips, wheels, etc) are WAY overpriced. Motorcade parts are cheaper, and their design with the battery placed lower and more centered is better for balance. No other gripes

I replaced the battery but the charge amount indicator on my cart indicates the battery isn't fully charging just like it said when I replaced it. Suggestions?

I have been an advocate of MGI since I bought my Navigator in July 2022 and urged my fellow golfers to chose MGI over alternative models. Up until recently I was very pleased with product support when I had issues. However, I was very disappointed in MGI's response when the controller failed in the 39th month of a 36 month warranty. While I accept the fact that MGI offers a 36 month warranty, I hoped that MGI would give some consideration to the fact that the part failed 3 months beyond the warranty date and offer me some form of discount or other consideration.

Website and technology were pretty good and easy to use to order parts. But actually speaking with a human was difficult and unproductive.
