I have been an advocate of MGI since I bought my Navigator in July 2022 and urged my fellow golfers to chose MGI over alternative models. Up until recently I was very pleased with product support when I had issues. However, I was very disappointed in MGI's response when the controller failed in the 39th month of a 36 month warranty. While I accept the fact that MGI offers a 36 month warranty, I hoped that MGI would give some consideration to the fact that the part failed 3 months beyond the warranty date and offer me some form of discount or other consideration.

Website and technology were pretty good and easy to use to order parts. But actually speaking with a human was difficult and unproductive.

Product delivered promptly in good order. Design would be more efficient if battery and housing were sold separately allowing battery replacement if housing is still functional.

$10 for the seat plug fair enough I guess, however another $15 for shipping ??? seriously, no wonder people are buying from Temu / ebay / marketplace

MGI did everything I could expect to replace my battery charger. However I had to visit a couple of different golf shops to determine the problem with my battery not being charged was not the battery but the charger. The first two golf shops didn't have a compatible charger to prove my battery would charge. The third one did and that one charged my battery, so there was no doubt my problem was the charger. How often do such chargers fail? Is there a common fault? Do you want my failed charger to determine why it won't charge? I am surprised that it cost over $140 to replace.

I love my MGI Quad cart. It has worked flawlessly for just under four years. The only reason that I am giving it a three star rating instead of higher is because the battery died in under four years. While the battery is a spend the item, I’d still recommend the cart.

Front wheel assembly was shipped promptly and was an easy repair. Customer service for ordering wheel assembly was fantastic Only issue is I attempted to add a cart cooler/accessory bag to my order well before it shipped and customer service delayed getting back to me so I lost opportunity to add to my shipment.

I bought the tip top AI Navigator. Works fine on flat grass and pavement, but the photos make it look far wider and stable than it actually is. Mine has tipped over 4X so far, the latest being when the buggy approached a small dirt-to-concrete lip of no more than 1.25 inches. The anti-tip wheelie wheel doesn't really assist in many situations, it simply isn't long enough. Another treat? I have learned that when my buggy tips over, some sensor must tell the wheels to go full throttle. I need to film it when it happens and send it to MGI. It makes a bad situation far worse. One tip-over was near a sand trap, and not on really uneven terrain. I play at a Denver City Course so no mountain terrain or anything like that. Yep, started to tip, and went into full launch mode. My stuff ended up packed with sand, including my phone and phone holder, which now hardly will open or close until I can get all of the sand cleared out. Is the thing cool and does it so what it says? Yes, on very flat terrain. A couple of fellow club members have the same issue. They like their buggy, except for, like me, tipping over 4X in 36 holes. For close to $2K, I wish I would have looked closer at the specs as far as width, etc.

You charge much to much for shipping on small items. The shipping cost was 1.7 times the product cost
