It took numerous e-mails with MGI to get someone to recommend that I purchase a new remote for my buggy. The time it took to do accomplish this was about 3 weeks. Needless to say, this was frustrating. However, now that I have my new remote the buggy works fine.

It’s a little fragile, the purpose is spot on but I bought the replacement as a back up because I’m pretty sure it will eventually break. Also, the insert that it slides in comes unlocked while operating in the down position. BTW : The motor has been making a whinny sound at certain speeds almost since I bought it. I have 213 total miles on it so far in an about 6 five months.

I think they should expand their parts list a bit. I had the plactic tab break off the upper bag support and they wanted me buy an entire upper arm assembly. The piece can be removed with two screws. Plus the shipping costs are outrageous as flat fees on even the smallest items. Not good at all.

I have reach out to the company for assistance with connectivity but the customer service is terrible. The app will not allow me to pair to the trolly due to saying account already exist meaning I have no access to the phone app. Also the gio fencing does not work. I update my course and try to test around a bunker it failed. I am still looking for help with pairing. I would love to hear from the company.

The item might be good so I asked the question could the remote drain the battery answer was we suggest you charge it each day, not very helpful

Wasn’t happy with the hood for the bag. Was back to front meaning the high point was where your irons go and the low point where the driver went. Didn’t seem to fit well with gaps front and back . Not sure why you went with it. Fortunately I emailed you and getting the correct one sent out.

The clip to my remote control broke. After 3 years of use, it understandably broke. The replacement cost for a simple piece of plasic was pretty high (apox $16), but to addinsult to injury, the shipping cost was even greater than the cost of the part.

I love the Navigator AI Caddy, but the accessories are not the same quality.

I was disappointed that these handles were not made of the same quality material as the original handles on my AT Zip Baggy. The product description did not indicate these handles were made from a plastic material and not a rubber compound found on the buggy when purchased. I have not fitted them on my buggy as yet but the size etc all appear to be correct. When I do get around to fitting them I will advise you immediately should there be a problem.

Your website was not user friendly in that the R wheel was advertised, but the L wheel was no where near it. so by error I bought 2R wheels and they don't work on the L side

Getting the Navigator serviced is very difficult if not impossible. I have found in the past the most individuals responsible for customer service to be rude and uncaring.

Seat - terrific. Phone Holder- terrific. Umbrella - I have not been able to test it in windy weather yet, bit I expect the vents are not adequate. Rain Cover - plastic is too stiff; the whole thing is cumbersome and the loops are stiff and difficult. Cannot store in the golf bag so it has to be raining before you set out for the day.

mixed, buggy worked well until it started making a noise after 9 months, advised it was rust in ball bearings, i dont play golf in rain or cross creeks, maybe the wet towel i cleaned the mud off it as too wet or it took a direct hit from a course sprinkler, who knows. i had to wear several hundred repair bill. now it lives in my car or house and i dont use it in the rain or if the super is doing a big course water... so far so good

It has a lot going for it but it does not track straight. I’ve tried everything. I’m constantly tweaking it while I’m walking. Very annoying.
