I appreciate the quick turn around for the charging cable. And I didn't mind paying the $10 but the $17 shipping costs seemed over the top

Holds the phone better than the one for the MGI Navigator AT however the arm could be longer and because of the way it is made it doesn't offer the flexibility of angle when putting on the right side of the MGI AI

I like the scorecard holder however I had to order this due to the fact that I broke the plastic top of the original one that I bought with my electric cart. It broke while I was loading the cart in the back of my car for its first trip to the golf course. I was sad that I had to replace the whole unit at $60+ versus being able to just purchase the broken clear plastic top.

Some design features such as the belt clip continue to snap every 4-6 months.

I was informed that the gears on My cart were shot ordered a new axle. Installed it myself Same noise. Questioning the pics of my “gears” that were sent ??

Very disappointed. The axle arrived in a box that was not quite big enough and during transportation to me the axles poked through both sides of the box whic may have led to damage.

Pictured image is not correct. Shows to mount on the right side, actually mounts on the left side. Not as convenient.

I have had to replace the remote twice. If the usb port on remote gets damaged, the remote has to be replaced rather than repaired. I would like to see a battery option, redesign or a replacement part. Not happy with a $180 fix.

Assembly wasn’t too bad. Cart looks good but it flips backwards when I put it in gear. The 5th support wheel didn’t come with it and I can’t get an email or call back regarding this issue.

A friend told me that she loved the bag block support for her large golf bag. I thought it might help support my smaller bag that has support legs. Well, it didn't help at all.

The cart has worked well. I ran into problems fitting my golf bags on the cart securely. I had to buy the MGI bag to get a better fit. The bag is very roomy. The rubber handles also have split. The service department has not been responsive.

I think there are some relatively small design changes that would make this an incredible product. The design flaws may have been for cost cutting purposes but owners discuss with potential new buyers and it ends up turning them off the purchase.

I have 2 mgi navigators 2 mgi golf bags and many accessories. One of my bags started to rip in a couple places with use a couple times per week and had to be replaced just after warentee expired. The clip on one of my remote cracked while putting on my belt. Had to replace it. With replacement and shipping it was not cheap. The navigators themself are still working and hopefully will keep working.

Purchase was expedient. Discovered I purchased wrong part. To date, been unable to talk with anyone to better understand the return policy. Feel as though I will eat the cost.
