A friend told me that she loved the bag block support for her large golf bag. I thought it might help support my smaller bag that has support legs. Well, it didn't help at all.

The cart has worked well. I ran into problems fitting my golf bags on the cart securely. I had to buy the MGI bag to get a better fit. The bag is very roomy. The rubber handles also have split. The service department has not been responsive.

I think there are some relatively small design changes that would make this an incredible product. The design flaws may have been for cost cutting purposes but owners discuss with potential new buyers and it ends up turning them off the purchase.

I have 2 mgi navigators 2 mgi golf bags and many accessories. One of my bags started to rip in a couple places with use a couple times per week and had to be replaced just after warentee expired. The clip on one of my remote cracked while putting on my belt. Had to replace it. With replacement and shipping it was not cheap. The navigators themself are still working and hopefully will keep working.

not really a review… But frustrated with the fact that I canceled my order over a month ago and have yet to receive the refund

Purchase was expedient. Discovered I purchased wrong part. To date, been unable to talk with anyone to better understand the return policy. Feel as though I will eat the cost.

My cart had the pin in the release handle come out after the 3rd use. Your people were very helpful when I called and once I got the replacement parts it was an easy fix but that is still a little early to have something break. Another friend had the same thing happen to his so I gave him the second one you guys sent. The rain cover is nice but had no installation instructions and is difficult to pull over the top.

Charging cord for $12 with $17 shipping seems excessive. 2 weeks to deliver did not help.

Although it took about 10 rounds of golf to become comfortable with the golf cart, now I enjoy using it. Initial problems included having the wheels on incorrectly or incompletely, having it freeze up after collision with a tree, many tip-overs, and a few other annoyances. Recently I ordered a sand & seed holder that was supposed to attach to the cart. They did not send the loop that is supposed to hold the bottle, so I now have to just hang it on the lip of my golf bag. Not totally satisfactory. I also ordered a scorecard holder. It attaches to the cart and looks great. However, the plastic cover on it is hard to close and doesn't stay closed. I've lost several scorecards that somehow just fell out of the card holder.

My cart is about 3 years old and I have had to replace both back wheels due to the hub failing. the first one was under warranty but I had to pay $90 for the other one. Looks like a design problem to me.

I ordered a zip navigator and added a few accessories, one of which was a sand bottle. Yes I ordered the wrong sand bottle but you would think MGI would have contacted me to correct the order. The lady I talked to acted like I should have know the difference. I don’t deal on their parts every day.

Very, very disappointed. My wife and I both have zip navigator electric carts. $3,000 in total. I have a carry bag which does NOT stay tight/positioned on the cart. Had to rig up a way to stop it from turning on the cart and thus having all the clubs consolidate in the corner. Very, very frustrating! I then went and purchased the bag adapter bundle for another $57. When I went to install the adapter, one of the clips snapped off. Plus it worked lousy anyway. DONE! Went and purchased a new cart bag for $150. MGI should have explained that carry bags do not work well with the electric carts. Belong to a large country club and am giving BAD REVIEWS about MGI and the process.

The replacement MGI Lithium battery 12v 26Ah and charger are working very well. The reason I had to buy both is that MGI no longer stock a charger for my existing battery 12v 24Ah. My existing battery was on its third charger in 7 years. So even though the existing battery was still ok I had to spend over AUD700 to get going again.

My trolley itself is great, I am concerned that now in my second season replacement parts are looking to be impossible to find on website. Replacement batteries, 5th wheel replacements, keypads for remotes and the parts and pieces that I think I am going to need very soon are simply out of stock every time I look. That is quite a bit of a concern as I approach the 300 mile mark on my Zip Nav A/T. My remote buttons are starting to be less responsive from wear is my guess and I do not see the ability to find that part for a long time - and a total remote replacement cost is almost 15% of an entirely new unit.......starting to be concerned. If the cost of the smaller and easier replacement parts are always out of stock and/or inherintly expensive - it makes the unit utility far less appealing and cost prohibitive.

The battery should have been packaged better. It was in a bubble wrap envelope but it was not in a box or wrapped. One wire on the battery was severed. The wire may have been cut when opening the envelope but it was only one wire out of three wires that are close together. I transferred the entire wire harness from the old battery using a soldering iron and the new battery is working well.

My back wheel broke. I immediately went online to order new one and they were showing sold out. It took over 3 weeks to be able to order then another week for shipping. I found it ridiculous that the company I who I thought made these carts would not have in stock. I had Gray wheels on my original cart and since you did not have in stock even after 3 weeks I had to buy 2 new black wheels so they would match.

The shop was closed on a Tuesday at 4:35pm when I came to collect my item. Very disappointing. I rang the bell - no answer
