Front wheel assembly was shipped promptly and was an easy repair. Customer service for ordering wheel assembly was fantastic Only issue is I attempted to add a cart cooler/accessory bag to my order well before it shipped and customer service delayed getting back to me so I lost opportunity to add to my shipment.

I bought the tip top AI Navigator. Works fine on flat grass and pavement, but the photos make it look far wider and stable than it actually is. Mine has tipped over 4X so far, the latest being when the buggy approached a small dirt-to-concrete lip of no more than 1.25 inches. The anti-tip wheelie wheel doesn't really assist in many situations, it simply isn't long enough. Another treat? I have learned that when my buggy tips over, some sensor must tell the wheels to go full throttle. I need to film it when it happens and send it to MGI. It makes a bad situation far worse. One tip-over was near a sand trap, and not on really uneven terrain. I play at a Denver City Course so no mountain terrain or anything like that. Yep, started to tip, and went into full launch mode. My stuff ended up packed with sand, including my phone and phone holder, which now hardly will open or close until I can get all of the sand cleared out. Is the thing cool and does it so what it says? Yes, on very flat terrain. A couple of fellow club members have the same issue. They like their buggy, except for, like me, tipping over 4X in 36 holes. For close to $2K, I wish I would have looked closer at the specs as far as width, etc.

It was much smaller than anticipated. My buddy has an MGI bag thjat clips on his cart and is big enough to carry the battery. Is this product available?

Received item promptly, however, does not fit my cart. Have emailed several times and gotten no response in regards to getting a replacement or what can I do to fix the situation?

You charge much to much for shipping on small items. The shipping cost was 1.7 times the product cost

the box containing the part was poorly packed and if you look at the attached photo, you will notice that the part had broken through the box. Fortunately, the part was not damaged and works just fine after installation.

It took over a week to despatch a packaged battery. This is not really acceptable.

$16.50 plus $17.00 freight for a small clip is outrageous.

Eventualy the remote worked, however we had to get the local golf pro to sync with the cart. He did that via looking it up on YouTube, it would have been handy if some instructions had come with the device.

Thanks for reaching out and glad to hear the remote eventually worked! I’m sorry for the hassle you went through to get it synced, though. You’re absolutely right—it would have been helpful to have instructions included with the device I’ll pass along your feedback to the team to ensure we improve that for future customers. If you have any other questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out. We're here to help! Best regards,

Site it pretty intuitive and easy to use. Had no problems finding what I needed and ordering was a breeze. Since the Zip Navigator is sold in Costco, they offer a good package of attachments at a good price.

My 2 year old cart stopped working. After a week of correspondance it was determined my back wheels had to be repaced. From the website I ordered wheels, only to find out the were the wrong wheels and had to be sent back at my expense. I ordered another set of wheels, and when I received them they were different than the original set on the cart. I was told they were correct and I needed to sand and grease the post of my cart to install them. No one said the new wheels were much tighter than the old ones, after applying a lot of force they went on. I should of been told the new wheels were different, it would of saved me a lot of worry. It took me 3 weeks to replace the wheels.
