Site it pretty intuitive and easy to use. Had no problems finding what I needed and ordering was a breeze. Since the Zip Navigator is sold in Costco, they offer a good package of attachments at a good price.

My 2 year old cart stopped working. After a week of correspondance it was determined my back wheels had to be repaced. From the website I ordered wheels, only to find out the were the wrong wheels and had to be sent back at my expense. I ordered another set of wheels, and when I received them they were different than the original set on the cart. I was told they were correct and I needed to sand and grease the post of my cart to install them. No one said the new wheels were much tighter than the old ones, after applying a lot of force they went on. I should of been told the new wheels were different, it would of saved me a lot of worry. It took me 3 weeks to replace the wheels.

By the time it was sent out to me i had to pay quite a bit of postage. Then i sent it back and had to pay $10 to do so and then they said they would take 15% off my refund? I felt it was wrought and they are not looking after there customers. So to me a bad experience.

I really like my electric cart, but it did not come with a seat, so I ordered one from your website. When you click on the seat (in accessories), the seat photo does not show the horizontal mounting tubes, and the first photo I clicked on demonstrating the seat installed on a cart, shows it on a ZIP Navigator model, the model I purchased, (though it is impossible to see the horizontal mounting tube on that photo). On your webpage, the box titled "Caddy model" autopopulates "Ai series", but I never noticed that I had to change it because the series of photos I saw on that page made me think I had the correct seat. I suggest you change this website page and make it clear that the seats are different for the different models by changing the title "Caddy model" to "Choose model", and make it impossible to click "add to cart" until a model is chosen. I also suggest that you change the photos of the caddies with seats so they clearly show the different mounting tubes on the different models. I realize the error is mine, but my only defense is that I am 71 years old and not nearly as familiar with online ordering as younger generations. I was shocked to find out how much it cost to return the seat, so the combination of my return shipping, plus the cost of your shipping to receive the original seat plus the cost to ship the correct seat when it is in stock will nearly double the cost of the seat. I am very disappointed, but at my age, in the heat of summer, I definitely need the seat to permit me to walk and get the exercise. I do not want to have to resort to riding in carts.

Tight a remote came with this buggy. Cost more to send back and restock so I'm forced to keep it. Pulls to the left so keeping it going straight is difficult.

I ordered the clip and a short time later a friend said he had an extra one. When I tried to cancel the order I was told the order had already shipped. I asked if it could be sent back and was told I would receive a $16.50 credit, however the cost of shipping was to be on me. Because of a cost of $15 for shipping I decided to keep it. I didn't find the help re this issue very helpful as it would have cost me approx. the same to return the item a to keep it.

I contaced MGI as my remote was not working well. Although my model is no longer available, I was given very good advice re cleaning the contact points. That worked well until one of the buttons fell off (unrelated)..so I had to buy a new case.

My Caddy died and MGI told me that I need to replace the Motor Controller. I bought and replaced the Controller but it didn’t fix the problem. Then I was told to unplug the USB port connector and that fixed the problem. I think MGI should have told me to try unplugging the USB connector first because that was much easier thing to try than replacing the Motor Controller and this fix was free too. Although MGI agreed to take the Controller back but still it cost me $11.55 to ship it back.

I love the cart and I bought second one for my wife. It was arrived and not opened yet. I will return it for the following reason. I was told gear box is not under warranty, then what else under? That is the only one it can be damaged easily just like in the car. In the car the gear is under warranty.

The purchase and delivery of my new remote were good. I was, however, disappointed that I received no consideration for the fact that I was replacing my previous remote which was less that 2 years old and fell apart even though it was always handled carefully.

Happy with product, a replacement battery, but MGI Golf would be better served if the company provided the means to dispose of the original depleted battery. When/if they do so, I'll change my rating to 5 stars.

It took numerous e-mails with MGI to get someone to recommend that I purchase a new remote for my buggy. The time it took to do accomplish this was about 3 weeks. Needless to say, this was frustrating. However, now that I have my new remote the buggy works fine.

It’s a little fragile, the purpose is spot on but I bought the replacement as a back up because I’m pretty sure it will eventually break. Also, the insert that it slides in comes unlocked while operating in the down position. BTW : The motor has been making a whinny sound at certain speeds almost since I bought it. I have 213 total miles on it so far in an about 6 five months.

I think they should expand their parts list a bit. I had the plactic tab break off the upper bag support and they wanted me buy an entire upper arm assembly. The piece can be removed with two screws. Plus the shipping costs are outrageous as flat fees on even the smallest items. Not good at all.
