I am impressed with the design and quality of my Zip Navigator. I am disappointed in the support I have received since I purchased this product last year. I have had several items break and when I reached out to customer support I did not receive a response or the item I needed was out of stock with not information as to when it would be back in stock.

The remote does work but I do have to say that this is the third remote I've had to buy for my buggy. At 41,500.00 I shouldn't have to keep buying $180.00 remotes. I love my cart and 3 others in my group have bought them because of me telling them how great it is. It's just disappointing that the remotes keep going bad.

I own the MGI Quad. I play on a hilly golf course with dirt/rocky cart paths. This type of terrain really is putting the caddie to the test. Unfortunately, the golf course seems to be winning. Many issues are beginning to happen .... Seat plastic tab that holds the seat frame to the bracket broke. Tires are starting to wear, and the male plug (12v) which is in the body of the caddie is broken. While I'm still using it, I lose power occasionally and must play with the plug to regain a connection. Going to try and use it until the end of the season before sending it back for warranty work.

I ordered the new remote, @ 180.00. Then I found I could have ordered just a new case, and transfered the technology from my case that was missing one of the buttons for about $25.00. Wish I would have been given that info. before I ordered the new remote. However the new remote works fine. Thanks.

The seat that I was requested to review works fine. However, my MGI Zip Navigator AT dumped 4 times on my first outing. I wasn't / and am not happy. I suppose I'll get used to it, but thus far I am NOT a fan after spending $1,200 (with my country club's $300 discount)!!!! It's great, in theory, but in practice there are some real bugs -- especially going up and down slopes. Forget going sideways altogether.

The machine has some quirks that take time to get used to and learning that it does best on smooth ground. Also, I've stopped for a beverage two times for45-60 minutes after a 4-hour round and each time my buggy has run out of juice. This makes me realize it'd be impossible for my buggy to go 36 holes on one charge. Overall I'm though I like it as it keeps me walking instead of taking a cart. Dave - in Minnesota USA

Cover open and close feature could be better… hard to open and close all the way.

like what the unit can do - but the right drive motor turns slightly faster than the left - so I have to make constant adjustments to keep a steady course... hoping there is a way to re-calibrate the motor syncronization

Great tool but not versatile for left handed golfers.

The machine works fine. Customer service is poor in the US. MGI seems to still be oriented to Australia. Difficult to find a way to talk to a representative. The virtual chat feature is with a computer, it's not live. We shouldn't have had to replace a $400 battery in less than 3 years.

My electric cart is attractive. The battery is easy to detach for charging. The torque is excellent. Battery life seems very good. The cart is a little tippy. It would be good if the center of gravity was lower. On a steep upgrade the cart can tip over backwards even with the rear wheel I added a 2.5 lb weight to the shelf where the golf bag rests. A 5 lb weight would have been better. It was annoying that I had to replace my golf bag when I got the cart. I really liked the stand bag that I had. The score card holder was clearly designed by someone who never used it. It is too small for a standard scorecard to fit in. To use it one must fold the scorecard or trim it. The slot for the pencil is too form fitting. It takes a lot of effort or long fingernails. It would be nice if the front wheels were larger in diameter. It is difficult to negotiate curbs.

The MGI Zip Navigator arrived quickly and was fairly easy to set up with the so-so instruction book. Unfortunately, after less than 10 minutes of testing on the sidewalk around the house, it shut off and died. Luckily the Service person that I contacted the next morning was aware of the issue and quickly shipped out the necessary parts for me to repair the unit and get it running. A downside to this brand is that the only authorized repair center is in Arizona.

It works as advertised and is built with really high-quality components. Only downfall is that I when I play on hilly courses I’ve had issues with it wanting to tip backwards. There doesn’t seem to be enough weight lower to the ground.

Hi Jason, Thanks for your review! We recommend extending the rear 4th wheel of the Zip Series to help prevent the caddy from tipping backwards. Thanks, MGI Golf

Still waiting for the Post Office to deliver this despite delivery being scheduled for Apr 21. Whilst this may not be an MGI problem it has negatively impacted the experience

Great Cart but found out there is no place close to Austin to get it fixed if something happens. Wish I would have known before we purchased the 2 Nav's.
