I am not impressed with their US service options. They are limited and not conveneintly located. On top of this their customer service department leaves something to be desired, as they don't always answer the phone and can take days if ever to get back to you.

I bought 2 replacement wheels for my Zip Navigator 2019 model, unfortunately, the wheel they sent me was defective. I have sent a video as they requested last week and have not heard from them since.

I really like the cart. The remote control case clip snapped on me for no reason under normal use. It's made of cheap plastic and should be reinforced. MGI would not cover it under the warranty and charges you $16 for the replacement and then another $17 to ship it. How ridiculous. Way to alienate a customer!

Shipped pretty quickly. Item was as described. Issues straight out of the gate with battery and charger. Awaiting response from MGI service team.

The score card holder is not quite large enough to hold my club's scorecard but the phone holder is excellent. also, the instructions to attach the acessories is unclear how to install these acessories in combination with the umbrella holder.

Your top of the line electric push cart came with zero instruction model. I thought that I might have a link on the box to take me to the manual but NO. I had to go to your website and fool around quite a bit before i found it. Wasting the time of your new client is not a good way to start.

I talked to Michelle from your office - she walked me thru the website and told what part to order based on the model number I gave her. It was the wrong part. I had to reorder the correct part. My problem is - I had to return the part she told me to order. $43! This should have been at MGI’s cost. The U Tube video to replace the part was great!

Purchased the MGI Navigator only to find out my golf bag (Stand Bag) does not fit. I had to purchase a block and smaller bungee cord to strap the bag on. Bag still isn't right as the top support arms do not come around the bag. Not very happy and may return item where I purchased. Operationally, the cart is outstanding. Overall, Block raises the bag where you can now pull your clubs effectively, but STAND BAGS DO NOT FIT!!!

I'm a little disappointed with MGI. I walked 9 holes with my MGI Navigator and got caught in a thunderstorm. I had an umbrella and covered the cart as best I could. I was able to complete the 9 hole round and when I got home I dried everything as best I could. The next day I was going to walk 9 holes but my Navigator stopped working about 100 yards off of the first tee. When I contacted MGI service, all I got was an email stating that I had voided my warranty. I properly disposed of my original lithium battery and ordered a new battery from MGI. When I installed the battery the Navigator began moving again but with a loud grinding noise coming from the rear wheel base. It is still working but I'm afraid it is just a matter of time before it breaks down. Disappointing

Very disappointing customer service experience. Purchased a cooler / storage bag on sale only to find out that MGI has different parts for different models. Had to absorb cost of return. Better off purchasing from Amazon rather than OEM.

Sand bucket sits too low and hits the ground. The mobile phone holder is not suitable for the right side of the buggy, only the left, which is not suitable.

Although I received this item quickly. It staggers me how MGI can justify charging me $15 for something that would fit in an envelope. The package that it came in offered no protection for the keypad anyway.

I was advised my item was ready for pick up and despite you advertising that your hours are 9.00am to 4.00pm you were closed before 2.30pm. Your 1300 number is disconnected and your landline leaves no option to leave a message. I sent an email and no response until I callled again a week later.

Stacey in the Service Dept. did a great job in handling a problem with the MGI-Sureshot app and integration with the Navigator GPS+AI cart. Although she didn't have the solution, she worked with me to find a solution that I finally figured out for myself. A registration reset on the cart itself. I was frustrated that after purchasing the cart the accessories I wanted were "sold out." The AI series seat, sand bottle, and cooler bag are still "sold out." Shipping costs are too high by the way.

The parcel was lost at MGI. Australia post had no idea what had happened. Turned out that the Item had fallen off the back of a shelf at MGI and was eventually found. It was delivered 2 days later.
