I talked to Michelle from your office - she walked me thru the website and told what part to order based on the model number I gave her. It was the wrong part. I had to reorder the correct part. My problem is - I had to return the part she told me to order. $43! This should have been at MGI’s cost. The U Tube video to replace the part was great!

Purchased the MGI Navigator only to find out my golf bag (Stand Bag) does not fit. I had to purchase a block and smaller bungee cord to strap the bag on. Bag still isn't right as the top support arms do not come around the bag. Not very happy and may return item where I purchased. Operationally, the cart is outstanding. Overall, Block raises the bag where you can now pull your clubs effectively, but STAND BAGS DO NOT FIT!!!

I'm a little disappointed with MGI. I walked 9 holes with my MGI Navigator and got caught in a thunderstorm. I had an umbrella and covered the cart as best I could. I was able to complete the 9 hole round and when I got home I dried everything as best I could. The next day I was going to walk 9 holes but my Navigator stopped working about 100 yards off of the first tee. When I contacted MGI service, all I got was an email stating that I had voided my warranty. I properly disposed of my original lithium battery and ordered a new battery from MGI. When I installed the battery the Navigator began moving again but with a loud grinding noise coming from the rear wheel base. It is still working but I'm afraid it is just a matter of time before it breaks down. Disappointing

Very disappointing customer service experience. Purchased a cooler / storage bag on sale only to find out that MGI has different parts for different models. Had to absorb cost of return. Better off purchasing from Amazon rather than OEM.

Sand bucket sits too low and hits the ground. The mobile phone holder is not suitable for the right side of the buggy, only the left, which is not suitable.

Although I received this item quickly. It staggers me how MGI can justify charging me $15 for something that would fit in an envelope. The package that it came in offered no protection for the keypad anyway.

I was advised my item was ready for pick up and despite you advertising that your hours are 9.00am to 4.00pm you were closed before 2.30pm. Your 1300 number is disconnected and your landline leaves no option to leave a message. I sent an email and no response until I callled again a week later.

Stacey in the Service Dept. did a great job in handling a problem with the MGI-Sureshot app and integration with the Navigator GPS+AI cart. Although she didn't have the solution, she worked with me to find a solution that I finally figured out for myself. A registration reset on the cart itself. I was frustrated that after purchasing the cart the accessories I wanted were "sold out." The AI series seat, sand bottle, and cooler bag are still "sold out." Shipping costs are too high by the way.

The parcel was lost at MGI. Australia post had no idea what had happened. Turned out that the Item had fallen off the back of a shelf at MGI and was eventually found. It was delivered 2 days later.

Purchased new battery for remote and installed as per instructions. delivered in good time but on receipt, I charged this battery overnight as instructed and on first use, indicator on Zip Nav buggy showed only 2/3 bars of charge for the remote. Have repeated the charging process another 2 instances with no change. Contacted MGI via phone and was told to take Zip Nav and remote to a service location 40min drive each way from my home which is not viable for me during the week.

My wireless remote was not charging properly so I bought this cable thinking that was the issue. It eas not because the remote still does not charge. This is the second issue I have experienced with my MGI All Terrain buggy.The first issue was the pins on the handle release mechanism eventually fell out and I could not collapse the handle. For a machine that is only 6 months old and over $2000 I am very disappointed.

Overall it is excellent, but the drink holder appears to be poorly designed. the clip has broken twice in the year since i have owned the navigator and it costs $40 to replace it (when you add $20 shipping and handling. Please redesign it or make it affordable to buy and replace it every 3 months.

Buggy keeps going to the right, regardless of the terrain. Umbrella holder is to short. Bag booster doesn’t lock into base and could be lost easily. Also my stand bag still doesn’t sit right on the buggy.

I'm pleased with the cart so far...... My only complaint was MGI lowered the price for black Friday, my order was placed about a week before the sale and they refused to honor the sale price. I didn't even have it out of the box... Disappointing, Most retailers would have honored the sale price.

I bought the cooler bag to replace my drink holder which broke after only a couple of months usage. Apparently you weren't prepared to replace it free of charge, even though I note on your website that several people seem to have had the same problem. Not really the level of service I was expecting!
