Very disappointed in the excessive price of this replacement remote. $180 is way too high. Yes, it was my fault that I lost the original, but this is extortion! Overall, not impressed with MGI. Their other accessories are also overpriced.

This is the 4th replacement same part I've had to purchase. New design I hope it's better than the last design which was poor given the price of the cart.

No trouble removing old battery but cannot get the new one to plug in. Tried to contact tech support. They sent a video on removing the old battery! No one answers at tech support. Love my cart, though.

I bought a cooler bag from you, but I couldn’t get any service. Because I found out defect on it, so I have tried to get in contact with you that I sent email many times And I got your phone call, for some reason, it just hung up.

I purchased an MGI golf electric cart 3 years ago, and more than 20 of my friends introduced the electric cart to me and I have been using it well, but MGI's service is very poor. I purchased a golf cart and cooler bag a month ago (it was a different model than the one I purchased, I think it was a cooler bag that fits the new cart), but I sent an email saying I was returning it in error, and MGI sent it in error and told me to pay for the shipping cost. did. I was so angry this time that I decided never to do business with MGI again.

It didn’t fit and your support staff couldn’t help me. Since it was only $11+ I am not going to pursue it

Everything seems to be an upcharge. The electric carts are fantastic, but god forbid if you want an accessory or need to replace a part. The word that comes to mind is: gouge... I feel you are trying to squeeze every dollar out of the customer versus supporting your product.

The block bag supports worked horribly. I thought it would help keep my smaller stand bag in place. I fought with the bag turning for 7 holes before my playing partner had me turn the entire bag backwards to keep it from moving around....

My first use of the Zip Navigator was not entirely satisfactory. I have a golf bag that is small enough to use as a carry bag. I found it difficult to securely tie it into the space provided with the straps provided. Furthermore, when using it, the front wheels came up off the ground even when it was going up a very gradual incline. I had the small rear wheels back in the farthest position. When the front wheels came off the ground it would stop moving. On the 18th fairway, the wheels completely locked up and I couldn't get it to move. I eventually had to drag it off the course. I am very disappointed by this result.

As with the accessories it sells, it provides absolutely no clear installation instructions. That applies to the seat too.

Quite a ripoff to pay $16 for a plastic clip and another $16 for freight. Could have put it in an envelope for $.60!

Damaged cart twice they need to due something about their packaging first car delivered was scratched extensively so I had to send it back the next cart was also scratched not as bad as the first one. and I don't have time to be returning and filing complaints
