“The MGI cart bag works well with my Zip Navigator AT and has more storage space than I need, but will likely grow into! I very much appreciate the MGI cooler bag that attaches to the cart as well as the sand divot bottle. Hopefully, MGI will develop a ‘follow-me’ upgrade to my current Zip Navigator AT as I view that as an upgrade I would certainly opt to purchase, if and when it hits the market (if would enhance my investment in MGI).”

“I love how it is much easier on my body than having a push cart before. I am getting used to the remote control after some early hiccups and now it is much easier. A few things that I wish were different. My particular golf umbrella from the masters is too wide to fit in the umbrella holder and I wish there was some sort of handle to make it easier to lift it and put it in my car everytime I drive to the course. Other than that, very happy I made the purchase”

“Extremely disappointing customer service. My return was delivered on June 24, but my $1,477.92 refund was not processed until July 13, after repeated emails and phone calls. They failed to follow through on the dates they promised, and there was not a single word of apology. This was one of the most dismissive and unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever had. I would not purchase from MGI Golf again.”

“I have used the MGI NAVIGATOR three times. (3x) I was told there is a notable learning curve. There is. VERY well built. Heavy and some what awkward as a result. I am asked alot about the MGI alot. Frequently after i put the remote controller in my pocket and the MGI along with my Pings is 100 yards down the fairway....the wrong fairway. I spend more attention learning to drive and less time on my golf My golf needs ALOT of attention Term of projected Ownership.....tenuous.”

“So happy that I finally gave up carrying for 40 years. Always hated a regular push cart because you had to walk it around the green, or give it a pish to the next fairway when the tee box was not near the green. Having the ability to drive this to where you need it is a game changer. Sorry I waited so long to buy one!”

“I was surprised and disappointed that the remote clip was not included with the remote. After paying $225 for the remote, I find it greedy to be expected to fork out another $10 plus postage for an item that probably costs less than $1. It should have been should been included with the remote.”
