Unfortunately my Navigator AI Halo with EYE was not working properly. The silver lining thus far has been the customer service from MGI. Decent trouble shooting as much as can be done over email. Currently awaiting a replacement trolley and Eye as I had to send it back. Let hope for the best.

Don’t try to return any accessories. I didn’t realize the buggy came with a couple free accessories, so I ended with with duplicates they charged me for, couldn’t get my money back on those. Then I find out with the bottle holder on the right side you can’t use the score card holder also on that side. I had the phone holder on the other side, ask for a return on the score card holder, nope can’t do that. So, now I have a bunch of useless accessories I paid over $200.00 for. The buggy works well with one complaint, when using the left/right turn buttons on the remote it jerks right or left, not very smooth.

I was terribly disappointed that the replacement remote control cost $250 and you changed the electrical outlet/cord from the original remote control. The charging unit from my previous remote control no longer fit and MGI did not include a new one w/ my new unit. I think that for $250 you could have thrown in a new charging cord. I spoke to MGI staff twice about the trouble i was having w/ my old remote and no one told me I would need a new charging cord when i replaced it nor did your on line product description mention it.

Ridiculously overpriced for the quality of the remote. If radio shack was in business you could have repaired or rebuilt a new one for $20. My first remote lasted one golf outing in the rain.

Returned item, we had canceled the order 5 minutes after ordering. MGI sent item anyway. Really poor communication between sales and customer service. Know we are still waiting for refund almost 2 weeks after MGI received return package. They have not even acknowledged the return. Glad we had package tracked and signed for. Not sure we trust MGI customer service. We have a order at Costco for new zip. But thinking we will cancel if no refund in a few days and buy different trolly elsewhere

Rip off. Less that a year and remote broke. No customer service. $350 for replacement. No responsibility for a badly made cheap remote which unsurprisingly failed. Expect this will be a recuring problem. Would not recomend.

MGI put me throught the ringer before telling me what was wrong with my MGI which was that it needed a new gearbox axle. First of all I had to go and find the serial" for my MGI which IMO was unnecessary because I had purchased other parts for my MGI previously so they alread had this information in their records but they insisted that I go and find that serial # on my MGI. OK I did that. Then I had to send multiple videos of the MGI just grinding along the fairway and not functioning properly for them to finally decide what was wrong. Surely I could not have been the first one to experience this problme but I Did that. Then they gave me a link to a 17 minute video on you tube that showed how to install the gearbox axle. It was af ine video except it took me 2 hours not 17 minutes to install the new axle. Other than this, it was all good.

MGI support did a great job diagnosing the issue with my cart, guided me through testing, confirmed the correct part and even sent an installation video. Exceeded my expectations!

Fine overall. Reaching the service department can be hit or miss.

MGI needs to ensure customers are provided with proper accurate warranty information at time of purchase. Additionally, international credit card acceptance should be revisited and corrected to allow ease of transactions.

My umbrella extender has worked really well but I would also like to recognize MGI Golf for something else they did for Me. My Navigator golf cart had some issues with the first being a noise coming from the motor as well as a front wheel that busted off, which ws my fault. I took my cart to Uinta Golf in Riverdale Utah to see if MGI could help Me out with these issues. I was thinking they may just repair it but they did something else that blew Me away. They did a full replacement under warranty! I couldn't believe this but it just shows how solid of a company they are and how they value their Customers more so than most companies I have ever dealt with in the past. MGI Golf is the BEST!!

I bought a new one . My previous one had a motor that broke on the right rear wheel itlasted 2500 miles, which is impressive. It was an expensive repair not to mention that it looked intimidating on the you tube video to make the repair. I learned that the mechanism that broke in my previous cart was made of plastic. Disappointing.

The cart works great. I would make it so the front wheels can be serviced and don't have to be replaced when bad. Other than this, the cart has worked flawlessly

Should come with some storage. Remote needs to be a bit more responsive. Hard to control exactly how much you want to turn at any given point. However I am enjoying not pushing my clubs. It’s great once you get it on the fairway. Going to next tee boxes it is best to use the hand control. I do like the fact the gyroscopic affect disengages when using the hand control.
