Initially I had a problem with wear on the drive pin for the old rear wheels . I replaced the pins after having a great experience with customer service at MGI . After that experience I was more than confident in dealing with MGI . I have replaced both rear wheels and the left and right hand grips for my buggy all items have been installed and all okay .

Great service needed two new wheels and site would only me to order one. Got in touch with MGI they responded quickly and updated the site to suit my needs. Ordered wheels and they were delivered quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Very happy.

The replacement motor controller is working fine - but why is it so easy to destroy these in normal use? Mine failed when grit (sand) in the release mechanism of the battery meant that the battery did not lock, and fell off. This fried the motor controller which meant A$350 replacement. It also fries if you push the trolley when engaged / drive down too steep a slope - none of these should cause $350 damage on a $2,500 trolley. No sympathy and no discount despite this being questionable under Australian Consumer Law.

Lost my original remote and this replacement was perfect; it was a little expensive but in the long run I will get good walking exercise and save on cart rentals. The phone holder is okay, I had to remove my scorecard holder in order to put the phone holder on. I can keep score on my phone but I also use the scorecard to keep my stats.

I love the MGI buggy and really enjoy using it. I just wish I could get the remote to function again. Paying $80 for a replacement battery and still having the same issue is concerning.

MGI produces a good golf cart. They need to send customers an abundance of those "impossible to find" front wheel washers that help eliminate the annoying wheel wobble.

I have used the MGI Ai Navigator for a few months now and am generally pleased with its performance. It is easy to set up and easy to control. I do recomend it to my friends. I gave it only 4/5 stars becase of three design flaws. First the handle area does not have any build in storage and you are forced to buy several hundred dollars of accessories that should be built into the handle. These Accessories are high quality but you can only realy use two at a time. Second the battery BMU and gauge is useless. When I start it reads 90% then in 10 min goes up to 100% then by 9 holes reads 50%. By 18 holes it reads 15%. When I start my afternoon 9 holes it quickly drops to 5% and stays at 5% for the rest of the day. I always get my 27 holes in on one charge but why have a battery gauge if it does not mean anything? I have never tried the 36 that are advertised. Third the charger has a custom cable for the main battery and a USB-C cable that does not connect to anything. The remote has a micro USB. It is odd that they would give me something that could be very usefull but does not fit the system provided.

When I ordered the seat, I had my doubts as to whether it would be both comfortable and workable and it proved to be both. This is a good company that makes a very good product.

Replacement of the motor controller solved the problem with my cart. The issue is why did I have to replace the entire controller at $300 after 4 years of ownershi? In addition, I had to replace the remote control at $279 also after 4 years of ownership. Nothing last forever, but $579 every 4 years of ownership in additon to the orginal purchase price is crazy expensive.
