“Loved my cart until the battery conked out after 3 years. I live in Hawaii and MGI is unable to ship lithium battery there even though cart and battery were shipped here originally. Had battery delivered to friend in Las Vegas. She also was unable to ship battery and returned it to MGI. I still have not received my refund.”

“Prompt response to my inquiries. I have a Zip Navigator it is a strong product. Needed a replacement cable for the remote it was easy to order on the MGI website. Paid $20 for the cable. Paid $20 for the shipping which was a bit high. The cable works fine.”

“The MGI Navigator AT is fantastic. The umbrella holder and umbrella work well. The score card holder has a challenge to open and close the cover. Suggest altering the design. The most important item was the cooler. Not a good design, extremely limited. I understand the reason for not making it larger, but its current design fails to meet even the most reasonable expectations. Attached is the cooler from Clic Gear that can carry a blue ice, 28 oz Gatoraid and snacks. The upper compartment can hold peronal items. Consider.”

“Paired the MGI Lite-Play golf bag with the All-Terrain battery powered cart and it fits like a glove. I'm glad I made the investment. My course is very hilly so I put a 5lb weight in the front pocket to weigh it down. Works very well.”

“MGI w navigation arrived 3 weeks ago and battery wouldn’t charge, customer service responded quickly saying it was probably the charger and they would get one out via FedEx. I asked for next day shipping but was told it comes from another facility so regular FedEx, 10 days later still not here. Extremely unhappy!”

“Cart is good, but the accessories should be of better quality, the carry bag attachment is very cheap and it would be better if there was a horizontal separator in the middle so that whatever you put in doesn’t get all jumbled up.”

“I actally call your service department about this. The cart handle was shattered by an errant golf ball. Both top and bottom handle had to be replaced. There was a base screw that was impossible to remove. So we had to drill it out. Then the circuit board that was located in the handle did not fit the new one. So we had to switch out the old board and put in the new one. When I called basically I as told that I A - should have watched the video and B- they dont have problems and do it all of the time. Obviously we are mechanical and figured it out. But we are not idiots but were treated that way. Great product but lousy service.”

“Fits my MGI cart nicely - my only concern is the zippers. I had trouble with the zippers on my last MGI Bag and was the reason I needed a new bag. I more than pleased with the performance of my powered cart that I've had for over 2 years without problems.”

“I worked remotely with support to resolve the issues I was having with my cart. First, a new motor controller was ordered and replaced, then I disconnected the USB port and the cart powered up and worked. All responses from support were reasonably quick and thorough and I am very glad I was able to get the issues resolved without having to ship my entire cart to Las Vegas.”
