I broke my front wheel housing. This replacement was shipped quickly. Directions for removing the old wheel base and replacement were excellent and easy to do myself.

Very easy to order online. The process was simple, no ads bugging you while checking out. The wheels work just like the old ones. Easy to put on.

The order for the seat was easy and it was delivered quickly. MGI has met my expectations for service and the quality of their equipment. I would purchase the electric caddy again.

Battery replacement needed after 4 years of very casual and intermittent use - certainly less than 80 uses. Recharging and care of battery adhered to, so a little disappointing. New battery arrived promptly. Which was appreciated.

All parts are too expensive. I've had to replace my front wheel assembly twice in 4 years, rear wheels were replaced and now the axle was replaced due to the left plastic gear stripped out. Spent 2/3 the price of a new one over the last 4 years just to keep it up and running.

Golf caddy is excellent. Rear wheels spin out when ascending wet uphill slopes. Scorecard holder needs to be approximately 1/2 inch longer to provide easier fit for scorecard. Pencil holder needs to be on right side instead of left.

I enjoy using the Zip Navigator AT cart. It is extremely well built and rugged. If I had one complaint it would be the lack of traction of the rear wheels on steep, damp terrain. I would love to see a deeper, more aggressive traction pattern on the rear wheels.

MGI charges a premium price, so I'd expect premium quality. However, after a few years of using my Navigator AT, the motor controller and the remote control failed within a couple months of each other. By failed, I mean just stopped working, period. MGI customer service was responsive, but the response ended up being you need new ones. $150 for the controller I guess is reasonable, but $300 for a remote control that obviously has a limited useful life is pretty outrageous. I understand the remote is proprietary, but $300? I'm just waiting to see what will fail next.

Looks to be well made, a little hard to plug in the battery . Can't tell how well it prevents fire but Ibelieve it would be effective

It does its job as far as we know, it’s a bit hard to open and get locked, latch cumbersome to easily deal with. Battery plug in from the inside of the box is short so it’s difficult to handle heavy battery and get it plugged in. Hopefully we never have to find out about its fireproof capabilities but it’s peace of mind.

I have to start with the fact that I had to replace the motor controller board (very disappointing). The cost ($325) was not too suprising. THe tech support, response time, and YouTube videos were great. Very easy to replace the board. The biggest concern is that the cart still locks up even after being advised to disconnect the USB port. Locked up 1 time in 3 rounds this week. 1 time is too many.

I've had several other company's carts. MGI is the best I've used. Handles well. Easy to use. Quite stable overall.

it works fine but charging remote $280 plus tax is highway robbery,

The service is great! However this product should be made with something more durable than plastic. This is my second replacement. Way too easy to break.
