“Used it of 27 holes and has worked well. 47% battery charge after 18. Not as stable on steep climbs but knowing limitations helps with route selection. So far very happy with purchase.”

“This review asks me to rate cupholder however my review is of MGI in general. Online the cupholder was designated as fitting the Quad cart. It does not. I am on my second cart as first one did not work. It was suggested I change fuse thst was supposed to have been inlcuded in box. It was not. I was supposed to have received remote. That was not inluced so I had to call and eventuslly this was received. My second cart and remote work fine so far after two rounds. I requested cup holder and umbrella holder. Umbrella holder does not fit my cart as screw is to large. While I have found Michelle to be helpful the overall experience with MGI has been frustrating. Difficult to recommend when encountering such lack of customer service. I could share more but space is limited.”

“New motor control module was extremely expense for a ECU module BUT it corrected the problem. Easy to remove/reinstall the motor control module. Overall pleased with ZIP Navigator.”

“I had to order the axle 2 times as the correct axle was not listed on your website. When I entered my model it told me to order the quad axle which I did and it and I had to send it back and start over with a phone call where I learned correct axle for the Nav AI was available but not on the website. This axle should be covered under the warranty as due to its design it did not last through the warranty period.”

“So far MGI has been responsive. Battery firebox was completely wrong size but it’s on the way back for a refund. And the Halo Eye did not fit securely so it doesn’t work well. Also on its way back for repair.”

“I have used a Zip Navigator for almost six years now. Love to be able to walk the course without dealing with carrying a bag or pushing a cart. Love the experience. I just ordered a couple of sand bottles as I like to fill divots on my walks down the fairway. Simple design and easy to use. The valuables bag is also a must for me as I put everything in there that will leave the course with me: Glasses, watch, rings and wallet. The phone holder is the only item I am least impressed with. It fits great and holds the phone in a perfect postion to view for my Sky Caddie numbers. However, the compression ring does not stay snug and that allows the phone face to drop out of site easily.”

“Directions that came with unit were not very good, but MGI on-line videos were excellent. Unit takes time learning how to steer & how to navigate hills & slopes. Otherwise meets my expectations.”

“Unfortunately my Navigator AI Halo with EYE was not working properly. The silver lining thus far has been the customer service from MGI. Decent trouble shooting as much as can be done over email. Currently awaiting a replacement trolley and Eye as I had to send it back. Let hope for the best.”

“Don’t try to return any accessories. I didn’t realize the buggy came with a couple free accessories, so I ended with with duplicates they charged me for, couldn’t get my money back on those. Then I find out with the bottle holder on the right side you can’t use the score card holder also on that side. I had the phone holder on the other side, ask for a return on the score card holder, nope can’t do that. So, now I have a bunch of useless accessories I paid over $200.00 for. The buggy works well with one complaint, when using the left/right turn buttons on the remote it jerks right or left, not very smooth.”
