“The golf cart and accessories are pretty good products overall. I would have replaced this drink holder sooner and gotten a couple of accessories if they weren’t so overpriced.”

“I do not remember when I bought my Navigator AT but I have over 700 miles of walking on the odometer. I play twice a week and walk better than 95% of my yearly rounds. I look forward to a long relationship with this trolley.”

“I have a 2024 Corvette and in order to bring my MGI to the golf course I have to put the folded down golf caddie on the passenger seat. Now, in its new bag, I can easily place it in and take it out of my Vette.”

“I love my MGI navigator, it’s actually my second one! I just can’t believe I had to pay $90 to replace the front wheel after owning the second one for only nine months and MGI not covering it under warranty.”

“Love my new MGI ai Navigator golf caddie! Plenty of power and stability for handling our hilly course. Has relieved lower back pain from pushing a manual cart. Easy battery charging, lift into and out of car and operation. Only comment is getting to scorecard is a little clunky/multiple screens which puts me far behind others riding carts. Don’t know if there’s a shortcut but recommend maybe creating one if it doesn’t already exist.”

“I had to replace my remote after I unofrtunately lost it. Imagine my surprise when I checked on the website and so it was "Sold Out" and had to wait to have a replacment available. More importantly, the price gouge of $280 for a piece of technology that likely cost $25 or less to produce is unconscioniable. Something that I will bear in mind for future purchases if any from MGI.”

“I originally sent an email to MGI telling them what model I had and wasn’t sure which wheel to order. My confusion was that both wheels pictured were the same size. However, the response I got was basically go to the website, period. On the other hand I also phoned customer service and they were terrific about warranty work and the service department couldn’t have been any more cooperative and helpful. I recommend calling to get the best service.”
