I have been an advocate of MGI since I bought my Navigator in July 2022 and urged my fellow golfers to chose MGI over alternative models. Up until recently I was very pleased with product support when I had issues. However, I was very disappointed in MGI's response when the controller failed in the 39th month of a 36 month warranty. While I accept the fact that MGI offers a 36 month warranty, I hoped that MGI would give some consideration to the fact that the part failed 3 months beyond the warranty date and offer me some form of discount or other consideration.

Overall good and well-made product. Wish the remote was a little bit more responsive, but I've been using for about 6 years now and sinally had to buy a new battery.

I canceled this order because of the outrageous price. $20 for the clip and $25 to ship. If the little plastic clip cost you a buck I would be shocked. And $25 to ship an item that can't weigh 1/2 oz. I fixed it myself with a metal clip from a tape measure.

I have had my Zip GPS for over a year now. It is a pleasure to use and allows me to walk without being tired, especially in hilly terrain. It is easy to use. Found that sometimes grass will get in the front wheels such that you have to take them apart to remove, but it is easy, just pay attention to the springs and orientation of the spring holders.

Love the caddy, and your service support has been fantastic, a point I have made to the many folks who have asked me about my AT. But I do have to vent some frustration that my recent purchase of the motor controller came about when the existing part, which I replaced last July, failed in less than a year. Them to have to wait more than 2 months while it was in back order was frustrating. Hoping I don’t have to replace this part again, as it is expensive, and I take very good care of the AT.

I had to replace the remote control that I lost. It cost $280 for a new one. Ridiculous.

the GPS quad i just got is your top of the line (or at least the most expensive) cart. I wish i would have purchased without the GPS. waiting for it to boot up is inconvenient and its not very accurate even though i update it all of the time. socondly and even more importantly, i have had it for three weeks and its already malfunctioning. it can turn on, but wont move with the remote or the cart controls.

the sand bottle holder and drink holder are made cheaply for what you pay and do not last. I am sure they are great margins for MGI. Not a good deal for the owner.

MGI Golf helped me diagnose and repair my Zip Navigator. The gear/axle assembly was delivered quickly, and in-home installation was easy with the provided instructional video. My Navigator works great once again. It's the best way to play golf!
