Overall great product. I have been using the ZIP navigator for few years. However I had been waiting for the 4th wheel for almost a year. i signed up for email notifications when the product is available, but no notification. One time, I was just checking the web site and found out the product was available, so I ordered it right away. and even after i placed the order, it was not shipped until after 3 or 5 days. so not sure what's going on.
