Stacey in the Service Dept. did a great job in handling a problem with the MGI-Sureshot app and integration with the Navigator GPS+AI cart. Although she didn't have the solution, she worked with me to find a solution that I finally figured out for myself. A registration reset on the cart itself.
I was frustrated that after purchasing the cart the accessories I wanted were "sold out." The AI series seat, sand bottle, and cooler bag are still "sold out." Shipping costs are too high by the way.
