Only 4 stars because I feel some technical innovation could improve your products. I have owned a Navigator for 4.5 years and in that time it has travelled 2300kms and I have had to replace the remote device and the battery charger. Both of which failed. The remote mechanically, and the charger electrically. Still, I am very happy with my buggy.
