Not happy right now as my MGI ZIP still does not work after installing the New Board. It is very difficult to get a holf of your customer service department by phone or email. My case number is 17333. I would really appreciate a follow up so I can get my unit fixed. I do not know if I need to another controller as the one sent may be bad or do I need a new screen. The problem is when I put the battery on the screen faintly lites up then goes blank and unit does not work. I disconnected the Red and Black connector from the screen and inserted the battery and same issue occurs. I appreciate yoru attention to this. If it gets fixed I will give a positive review.
