After 3 years of use my remote for the Zip Navigator sort of died. It would connect to my Zip Nasvigator and loose connection about 20 seconds later. Called the office and they told me that the remote is/was dieing. So I order na replacement, and the replacement aren't cheep. After about 2 weeks the new remote arrived and when I programed it, it immediately worked. So I am up and running again! The MGI office was very helpful and were able to take my order for a replacment.
