I have the older version Quad Navigator which stopped working unexpectedly. Battery seemed to be charged and so figured was Controller. MGI tech support was wonderful! They answered the phone quickly and helped me troubleshoot along the way. The Controller was not the solution; more calls to Tech Support. Still awesome support. Figured was battery which has been received and determined to be the culprit; all working well. Shipped the Controller back no issues.
