My Zip Navigator started having a problem moving. I sent a video to the MGI service department, and they quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a link to purchase a replacement part, and a link to a video showing how to replace the part. The video was extremely detailed and easy to follow. I successfully replaced the part and the Navigator is running fine. MGI service was exceptional!
